We?ve been coming here for a few years as we stay in a nearby hotel. The manager was friendly and personable and definitely... helped expand his customer base. Today there was a new manager. We ordered oatmeal that came cool in a cup not a bowl andwithout the crisp. I ordered a sesame bagel not toasted. I was given a toasted everything bagel. The foam machine was down ( fewdays running ) and so an iced coffee was ordered. So basically 6 issues with a simple breakfast order for 2 people. I tipped thestaff when I ordered. I asked for an extra cream cheese and was charged less than the amount I tipped. All not a big deal. Justannoying. The manager however was a big deal. The manager was cold, disinterested. Slow to respond and annoyed with whatever Isaid. What a difference from the people person guy who managed in the past. I waited at the counter just to speak to someonewith the manger clearly ignoring me. No yelling or scene but I strongly recommend they get a new manager or no one should go.Apparently my perception is common as the place was relatively empty. What a shame that one person could ruin an entireoperation. Mistakes ? Sure ? even a bunch on one order. Disrespect and coldness from the manager in charge of correcting ? Noexcuse. The breakfast is pretty good at this location. I generally come in for the pancakes. But the reason I?m not giving it 5 stars is... the staff. They seem to have a snooty condescending attitude that just doesn?t work in the service business. Read more
July is freebies month. By having the app, everyday this month, you can receive free food and drinks and discounts on the same.... Today was a grilled cheese sandwich. The food here was fresh, that balsamic aioli was my favorite part of my sandwich. I had the BBLT, and Avocado, Turkey and Bacon... salad for my husband. He didn't leave one leaf of his salad left (give or take lol). The avocado ranch was out of this world???? The manager that was there a couple months ago is gone and this restaurant has taken a turn for the worst. The new management... has really poor customer service skills. Sharp difference from the prior manager who was very courteous and friendly. This placejust ain't the same. Read more
