My favorite place! The food is divine, Service is great! And the house margaritas are bomb!!!
Service was great, Mariachi was great, food was delicious…BUT! when we were about to pay, the waitress swapped our credit... card(which is red) with a red gift card and maybe thinking we wouldn’t noticed. That was extremely weird also because when Itold her she gave me the wrong card back, she immediately took my CC out her pocket clearly knowing she had taken it onpurpose. That was extremely shady and suspicious. The 1 stars are for her actions. I don’t remember her name, it was a Sundayafternoon. EL MARIACHI MEXICAN GRILL is expansive, with a large, heated, tent-covered patio. Inside and outside, this sports centric eatery... has enough big-screen televisions to support an appliance shop. The restaurant is homage to old Mexico, complete with ridingsaddles resting on the crossbeams in the main dining area. Corn chips, bean-cheese dip and vegan salsa are provided at eachtable. The menu is populated with familiar Mexican dishes. Our server, Orquidea, who has been with the restaurant for fiveyears, described the ingredients of the many dishes on the menu. (For example, the black beans are vegan, containing no animalproducts, however the rice is prepared with chicken broth.) She pointed out that Chef Roberto and his staff will do everythingpossible to match special dietary requirements. I ordered an off-menu, vegan burrito. It arrived in a few minutes. Theapproximately footlong burrito was, give or take, three inches in diameter. In other words, it was huge. The oversized tortillaencased gently stir-fried vegetables with black beans. It arrived toasted and lightly sauced. It was "muy bueno." The elevenyear old restaurant lives up to its name, by providing live Mariachi¹ music on the weekends. El Mariachi offers lots ofspecial offers. Here are a few: On Sunday's all you can drink Mimosas. Half off on Mondays on everything butalcohol. Everyday, Mexican meals are cooked to order on a BeniPaisa; a Benihana style grill. The restaurant and bathrooms areADA compatible. At lunch and dinner low-cost valet parking is required. Very good food. Generous portions. #1Complementary chips with Salsa and Peruvian bean dip made with cheese and jalapeno was... delicious. #2 Taco Paseados(Bean Tacos) topped with cheese, tomatoes sour cream and guacamole was very tasty. This was anappetizer and quite filling. Our server, Jose was attentive and polite. #3 Liked the atmosphere. Entrance is through a large,outside covered dining area that is actually a parking lot, with artificial turf. Quite comfortable. There is seating insidealso. I'll definitely eat here again. Read more
I have nothing negative to say. Everything was top notch. Service, meals, beverages, and even the atmosphere was excellent.... Everyone was hospitable, and attentive. Food, well, that's why you come, and I was not disappointed. It's been a while since Ihad sizzling fajitas. And they delivered. Shrimp was outstanding, fresh, and cooked to perfection. Meat was grilled perfect fora taco, and the chicken was a little on the dryer side but full of flavor. Warning, the grilled jalapenos were surprisinglyspicy. Food was plentiful, and sharable. Great service , awesome atmosphere, nice style of seating out front along the blvd. They have cool patio heaters to keep you... warm and booth seating and even have valet....pricing is great for the area. Drinks and menu of food was perfect. Willdefinitely dine here again if i could give it 100 stars i would on the food. Read more
