Yummy food on real bread. So much better than other sub shops
I have been to this location a few times and it is unbearably slow. They get a lot of delivery orders, so at times it does not... seem busy, however minutes will pass before they even begin to start making your sandwich. I decided to write up this reviewafter my last experience. There were only 3 of us in line and I did not begin to place my order for over 5 minutes. Then once Iplaced my order, they did not begin making the sandwich for another 4-5 minutes. Finally someone asked what I was waiting for.And i told them my sandwich? They never even started it. Instead, they made 4 delivery order sandwiches instead. I decided tocancel my order and walk out. This is only an issue if you are in need of a quick sandwich. I could be more patient, but I onlyhad about 10-12 minutes to spare and there was no way I was leaving before then. TLDR: They have to make delivery sandwichorders so it takes a long time if you are a walk-in. Read more
Wow, what a change of pace today compared to my previous experiences. And my encounter today was with the store owner, no... less. My order was placed with the incorrect store, due to a glitch with the app I used when ordering. This has happened onoccasion, and each time the store has fulfilled the order and dealt with it on their end between the two stores. Not today. Notonly was my order not fulfilled today, but the person I dealt with was incredibly blunt and rude about it. Rather than trying tohelp, he just kept saying ?oh so this is MY fault?? and kept telling me I needed to pay again, as if any blame needed to beplaced at all. To say I was surprised to learn this person owned the franchise is an understatement. I sincerely hope thisperson was just having a bad day, and that this doesn?t reflect the typical experience one might expect to have at thislocation, and I will try to find it in my heart to give them another chance to prove it. COVID REVIEW: I ordered here during lunch time and they do not have outdoor dining. However, their service was fast and... efficient despite being busy and I felt safe ordering even though everything was hands-on (since it's a sandwich place). Theyhad efficient protection and they placed dining tables in front of the counter for added distance. It's so good that when Itook lunch, these birds in the picture were dying to have some. I just don't like their sandwiches! I got the chicken chipotle. The chicken seemed old, I didn't like the bread or the cheese... . They microwaved it before they gave it to me. The service was slow also. The employees were nice . They need to get a new menubecause I've eaten at 2 different locations and both times I thought the sandwiches sucked! Read more
The people were nice but the bread and food tasted old. I ordered tuna sandwich Mike's way but the sandwich were way too wet. I... have had Mike's way at other locations and they're pretty good but at this Encino location, I felt like it was not Jersey Mike'squality. Read more
My daughter and I come here often. Our last visit I called to talk to a manager and it?s been two days and nobody has called me... yet. I?m a regular customer. Both our sandwiches weren?t eatable. I just didn?t feel like turning around and going back with themasks etc. it?s all such a process. My money was wasted and that never feels good to me. The sandwich was beyond soggy and thelettuce was so gross. The lettuce where the condiments are was down to the bottom and hardly any left. It had the weirdesttaste. I?m not into soggy sandwiches and weird tasting lettuce. Would love to have someone call me. Read more
