Went through the drive through, ordered a delux crispy chicken with a side of crinkle cut pickles. I was very specific about the... pickles. They said they cost extra, which they never have. So I told them that?s not true and a different person gets on thehead set and asks me for my order again from the start. So I give her my order again with ?crinkle cut pickles, the ones that goon the more expensive sandwiches? because for some reason they can?t just have the good pickles on all the sandwiches. But Iended up at the next window and checked when they gave me my bag because they always skimp me on the pickles like I?m bout totake their fortune and they were the nasty pickles that come on the cheep burgers. So I asked for the crinkle cut and the ladysaid they don?t have them then I asked her again to please just get my pickles. She came back with my pickles. So I left andparked a block down the road to eat and they gave me a crispy chicken with nothing but the patty, buns and pickles. Nothing, noteven mayo. So I drive all the way back and ask to talk to the manager and the lady I talked to said she was the manager so Iasked if I could speak to her at the window. I pulled up to the next window and it was a complete different person than who Iwas talking to. So I told the guy about my sandwich, he asked to see it. I went to show it to him, he looks at it and tells methat?s how the Crispy chicken so I explained to him again, that I ordered a delux. He said they will make another one. I go tothe next window and the lady asked to look at it as well as if I was lying. So I go to show her and she grabs it and brings itinside and looks at it then handed it to another coworker. The most unsatisfactory, unsanitary, inattentive, inconsistent, andunpleasant service I have ever had at any place ever. This place needs to go under new management. Read more
Always missing an item or always getting an order wrong. Its embarrassing. I can see why corporations pay minimum wage. Luckily... for the workers, they're getting paid more than they deserve. Customer service is non existence, workers always chatting withone another, and always being aggressive with customers. I was in the drive thru by myself with no one in front or behind meonce. The order taker was rushing me as if she had somewhere to be... or someone to talk to. Its places like this that make menot want to eat at McDonald's. Im going to in n out from now own. Ill spit on any of the workers if I see them. Read more

I stopped by this McDonald's after I got my covid booster shot nearby. I just went through the drive through to get my food.... When I got to the ordering station, there was no cars there so I was able to put in my order right away. I got the 10pc chickennuggets, a large coke and used my mobile code for the free medium French fries. They don't display your order on the screen hereso don't expect that like other McDonald's. You pay at the first window and then pick up your order at the next window. Theyforgot to give me ketchup so I had to ask for some. They filled up my medium fries all the way and my coke was filled up all theway as well with light ice. I enjoyed my nuggets, fries and coke. Read more
Didn't get Vanilla shake that I ordered and paid for. Marya, the young, Persian and inexperienced manager insisted that she... checked the video and shake was given to us, which was a lie. Asked to see the video but she refused. Asked for refund, againshe refused. It's not the money, but principal of it. Will contact McDonald's corporate regarding many compliments at thislocation and hope they help improve quality and accuracy of service soon. Read more
This place is slow like molasses in the winter slow. But they love to talk about everything but the food or business being... conducted. Unfortunately it's really the only fast food restaurant in the immediate area. If you're in a hurry avoid this place.Despite how long they take to make your order. They will get it wrong. They'd rather yap about personal life than pay attentionto what they're doing. I saw one of the workers take someone's hamburger from their order and tell the crew to just make anotherone for the customer while she took her break making the customer wait longer. Don't even think of complaining to managementthey won't do anything about your complaining. Call corporate and get the regional managers number. I was pleasantly surprised as Buttermilk Crispy Chicken sandwich tastes pretty good. Comes with veggies, mayo and artesian bun.... Also it's under 600 calories. But a little expensive. .. almost $9 for sandwich and small fries. That's without the drink... butif you need something fast and drive through, it's pretty good choice. Read more
