Starbucks is Starbucks. Knowledgeable, friendly Baristas, delivering fresh, delicious coffee. Service is fast and accurate.... Parking is easy and wheelchair accessible. Inside, everything is ADA compliant. Comfortable couches and chairs are provided.Outside, a large covered patio provides protection from the sun and rain. All Starbucks are remarkably similar, but each hasoffers a limited amount of personalization. This Starbucks, located in the corner of an upscale shopping plaza is uniquely "L"shaped. The room is divided into two sections with the baristas in the center. To the left is a quieter seating area. On theright are a few tables and chairs. Got here at 6:20 pm..... Cashier did not load my Starbucks card correctly... 3 times she had to try. Then did not get my drink... which I originally asked for. My banana loaf was not abled to be warmed. I don't think it was closing time and and theworkers seemed to be rushing customers away Read more
Staff seemed to be unhappy, ignored customers & didn't even say hello. Their oven was broken so couldn't heat food or... sandwiches. Overall a dismal experience. Go somewhere else. Read more
Employee working during my visit was outstanding. He had 2 very rude customers before me but he smiled and did what they asked,... which changed 4 times. Whoever he was needs a raise & promotion. Ralph's should have 2 employees at Starbucks area. He engagedin conversation with me & never complained. Whoever it was made me want to return to this location. I enjoy people not things. Read more
