This was our third time here but my first to pay attention to details, There was 4 of us and we ordered alot ! Along with... alcohol, beer and desert ? i think the price is fair. Their sushi ???? sizes are bite size hence much reasonably pricedcompared to some other places we have been to. It is always packed but the good thing is that the management is always there toget you seated ! And for some reason you do not feel pressured to leave. We were there for almost 2.5 hours ! Our wait time waslike 10 min on a Friday night. Another good thing about this place is their air conditioning, and the fact that you do notsmell the Fish ! Again comparing to other Sushi places. Taste wise i really liked almost everything that we ordered from creamysalmon, crispy rice tuna, spicy tuna, hand rolls and many more and the taste was good. Overall i recommend this place ; BUT ijust wish the OWNER wouldn?t lecture the workers on a busy Friday night in front of all customers . That was unnecessary and itdidn?t look good. The customer service is not that great. You could speak someone and they will tell one thing and then call back and get another... answer. Workers are not on the same page. If they are overwhelmed then you get the latter about what time they take orders.There is no real consistency like the Woodland Hills location, if they are all on the same page at that location, which isreally good and they are always pleasant. We are staying in the valley temporarily and after a survey of our friends and family the two sushi places most recommended were... Katsu-Ya and Honshu. We were not disappointed. Truly remarkable service. Our favorite rolls were the BSC and the Popcorn ShrimpSpicy Tuna, but the Sesame Tuna appetizer was unique and bursting with flavor as well. We always get a few nigiri choices andthey were all on par. The layout is fine, and the decor is classy.
