Not many places in Enderby to enjoy a cold beer. So great to have Fortunes for a quick lunch as well.

Our waitress Ariel (?) Was super friendly and accommodating. We had supper and 2 days of breakfasts, all super. Our room... however, was a different story. Really over priced for the condition of the room. Very rough condition with very noticable burnmarks on the night stand. On the flipside the room was clean with very fluffy white towels and the front desk staff (Linda) wereawesome in assisting us. ****We stayed in room 208. September 4 & 5th. Read more

This hotel has seen better days. But is still clean and good value. It's a bonus to have the swimming pool and nice courtyard in... the warm weather. Also the Fortunes Landing restaurant. In spite if bring short staffed the lone waitress pulled off domemiracles. It is well located when visiting this region. I hope they can spruce it up. Read more

Poor waitress, they were obviously short staffed so we didn't get the service we are accustomed to, but not even a smile, no... conversation or an offer to refill our drinks. Food is not the best quality...fries were undercooked, chicken fingers are flat,uniform pieces of pressed white colored substance, however; the chicken WINGS were served hot and crispy and were quitedelicious. One of the only restaurants open on a Sunday and we had a great experience. I had the turkey club with fries and gravy, it was... very good. Food was cooked perfectly and drinks were fast. Service was nice too, the waitress was very friendly. I'd recommendthis spot to try! Read more

Went for breakfast, waited for 2 hours, the kitchen lost our order, walked out completely dissapointed. The waitress assured us... several times that it was just busy, and they hadn't forgotten about us. 8 tables had come, ordered, recieved their food, eatenand gone, and we waited. For nothing. The coffee wasn't terrible. After having gone to salmon arm for breakfast and beenthwarted at finding any viable options there, this was really our last option, and they really dropped the ball. We had a very underwhelming service a few nights ago. When we arrived for dinner the middle aged server with the short hair,... looked at us like we inconvenienced her by walking in the door. It was noticeable enough, that we both commented on it when wesat down. We ordered our drinks, appetizer and dinner. Our drinks came quickly enough as well as our appetizer. My partner hadfinished their drink part way through the appy. She didn't ask how our food was or to see if we would like another drink. Ourdinner came out quickly and was brought to the table. Our appetizer was finished and sitting in the middle of the table withnapkins in it along with the empty drinks. She dropped off the food and walked away. Left the plate and glasses and didn't askif we would like another. We ate our meal without anything to drink. She litteraly wiped a table down right next to us at onepoint, so not sure how she didn't notice. She did not come back to the table once. After we ate, we sat there for five minutesbefore we finally got up and asked for the bill. I was a server for twenty years and this was some of the worst service I'veseen. I would understand if the pub was busy but it was not. There were two tables and three people at the bar when we sat down.The two tables where finished when we arrived and got up and paid within five minutes of us being there. Met here to eat with family as a meeting place between Vernon and Salmon Arm. Service was great even though she was the only one... working. She was a bit short at first but was busy and alone. She was very quick and made sure we had everything. The food wasvery good and good sized portions. The kids meal was basically a full size burger and was really appreciated. The fish and chipswere excellent. The chicken fingers were fantastic and the next door burger was big with bacon and onion rings and wasthoroughly enjoyed. Would definitely go back here. Read more
