Yesterday I hit the drive thru for a coffee on my way home from work. The wait was pretty long.. probably close to 10 minutes by... the time I got to the window. Worst Tim's experience ever. Ordered a Cream filled donut. It had almost no Cream filling. I went back in to show them. The gal... working the counter argued with me and said that's how they do it. I never post reviews but I thought this had to be shared, I got a turkey club and added a few things on, nothing was missed, it... was worth the wait, the sandwich was the perfect portion and well made, props to whoever was working. i havent been to tims in awhile cause the quality has gone down but decided to give it another go and wasn?t disappointed at all. Fast, Friendly and Proper Servings! I ordered a wrap and a iced capp and both are full. The wrap was hot and tight, and... absolutely stuffed. My iced Capp was also almost overflowing it was filled up so nicely. Honestly very happy with how much carewas put into my meal for how quickly they made it. I?ll come again for sure Read more
Worker Name Rupinder she was so rude even when i asked her, that she has given the wrong drink, she just start yelling on me,... that i order this and you will get this and dont even listen a single word of my, even though i repeat my order two times.usually staff is so good this is first time that thing happens. need to teach her how to serve customer and listen them first.very disappointed with rupinder's service. We went to grab a couple of drinks. The staff just ignored like anything. Everytime we ask for steap tea from this particular ... employee she just says she have cleaned the machine and cannot make it whereas the other girls working at similar tines aresuper nice and ask us to wait and serve the tea. Everytime I come to this location the service is terrible! And they're never busy enough to merit such service. Twice I waited... in line for 5 to 10 minutes while watching 3 or 4 staff just walk back n forth. They couldn't at least acknowledge the personwaiting for them? I know they saw me. And just now, I tried going through the drive through and getting 2 donuts and ended upwaiting 10 minutes. No cars in front of or behind me, and from what i can tell - the few ppl inside are getting gas. How longdoes it take to grab a couple donuts? Sketchy at best we didn't even have TP or towels front office made us feel like we were imposing when ee inquired
