Loved the food here. By far best pizza I've eaten in the states. I can't recommend this place enough if your in the area.
Edit: as of October their italian ice stand is closed for the season ???? I wish it had said that on here before I drove all the... way there. Pizza is great! Italian ice is to die for. I keep coming back to try more flavors. Some are very tarty and intenselike raspberry and tangerine. Other flavors are more sweet like mango. I love getting 2 flavors so I can experience both atonce. Great experience, the atmosphere was nice, had a little bit of jazz playing. The staff was super friendly and checked in often... and politely. Joey?s is a fabulous restaurant for those who want to dine together as a family or with a date. I sometimes eat out at this... restaurant because of the friendly staff, the peaceful atmosphere, and just the traditional brick stone oven used for bakingpizza. Whenever I have gone to Joey?s, the staff have always been courteous and funny which I highly praise. The way that foodis prepared and cooked really shows that the staff really care about delivering high quality service to their customers. I wouldhighly recommend Joey?s to the public. Read more
I wanted to try the pizza, but my friend had chicken parmesan and I had lasagna which we shared with one another. Both were... delicious. The bread was fresh and warm from the oven. Got Italian ice with some family, and thoroughly enjoyed it! Fairly quick service, friendly staff. When we arrived, there were a... number of folks in line, but the two staff working moved people through fairly quickly. I would definitely stop for Italian iceagain. Read more
It's amazing how I've passed this place 10,000 times and have never tried it until now. I've lived 5 blocks away on the same... street as Joey's for almost 4 years now and I've never actually had a sit down meal here. But I will certainly be coming backmore often. One time a while back I had their pizza and also a sandwich here and they were very good. But I kinda overlooked thefact that they actually had full dinners here. Well the other day I saw a picture of a meal on Instagram that looked sodelicious that I had to ask the person where they were. When they responded with Joey's I was shocked. So fast forward a fewdays and my lady and I head here for dinner. And boy they did not disappoint. I had fettuccine alfredo with grilled chicken andmy fiance had penne vodka with shrimp.
