Ordered bacon, egg, and cheese bagel sandwich thru drive-thru. Employee says "please drive forward to second window". Display... screen at drive-thru says, "Steak, egg, and cheese". I said, "actually I want bacon egg and cheese" and she barks "DRIVEFORWARD TO SECOND WINDOW". I get a steak egg and cheese bagel sandwich and was shorted $1 in my change. Threw the sandwichaway bc if the employees are that idiotic, Lord knows what they are willing to do to the food. Read more
Worst McDonalds Ive ever been to. Mgmt should be fired across the board. Filthy. Few days ago heavyset kitchen woman drops... sandwiches and throws them together and puts them back in the box for drive thru. I watched her do it and then asked for mymoney back. They were backed up again this morning and I waited a half hour plus for a sandwich that looked like it had beenthrown together, drowned in sauce inside and outside the sandwich. When I pulled up to get it the same woman was yelling atcustomers saying she was doing the best she could. I think shes the kitchen manager. F this place. Puke is more appetizing. Read more
The Endicott McDonald's has improved with wait times and correct orders. Before it was very frustrating going through drive... thru. Orders seemed to get messed up frequently and the wait was long. Read more
I asked for a egg McMuffin they gave me just sausage then I ordered a big breakfast they put syrup but they completely forgot... the pancakes and the hash brown every time I order stuff from here it's always messed up. Read more
Food wasn't too bad ( the hashbrowns were extremely soggy) but the service was less than desirable. They forgot one of our... breakfast sandwiches so my husband went inside to let them know, they questioned him a bunch as if they didn't believe him andeventually made the sandwich and then threw the sandwich which was now in a bag at him to the point that the whole thing almostwent down a crack between the counter. DO NOT EAT HERE. SUPER UNSANITARY AND VERY DANGEROUS PRACTICES! My pictures will show that the top teflon coatingings on their... grill were scraped onto the burgers. At best they were scraped up from the bottom grill but by the straight and jagged lines ofthe black materials it appears to be the Teflon sheeting that is supposed to be replaced regularly before it gets this bad andis NEVER to be scraped. This McDonald's will get you sick and potentially kill you. Stay far, far away. Read more
This is the only food spot open in our town after 11pm. First off I have to say it?s the worst service ever. The two different... managers that work the evenings are equally terrible in there people skills and there attention to detail. Ten out of ten timesour order is missing items and where to feel we are bad people for speaking up. After midnight every night they only take cash.We never get a receipt because they do the math and add up the costs. There never right with the total after tax. Tonight wasthe final straw she treated to call the cops because she messed up with our order and we wanted our food that we paid for andnever received. I hope as a ?empire that MCDonalds they will train there people better and make us the customers feel like weare valued not like where crooks. I hope the right person sees this. I have nothing positive. Thought maybe just a bad day.. 5 different occasions not a bad day! The place not clean, service... lacking, workers always yelling at each other, back talking to the manager, worker went and sat in lobby because their feethurt. 5 of us waiting for our orders plus drive thru customers...
