I avoid this Dunkin when I can even though it is by far the closest to my house. They have gotten better but most times that I... stop it is sooo slow especially the drive thru. If you can order ahead or go inside that is definitely a better bet. Read more
Many times I have been here the drinks have been tasting off but I can go another location and the drink tastes a lot better.... Keep thinking of it will change but so far every time I have been here the drinks taste disgusting so lost of money for me.Today I ordered a chai latte for lunch thinking gonna give them another try for my quick lunch break but nope. They made my chailatte with coffee and sweeter. That was nasty and disgusting was not able to go back but chai latte does not need to be madewith coffee. Read more
The donuts always taste good, coffee is hit or miss and the line gets very long sometimes but the employees are working as hard... as they can, I?m definitely not moving that fast at 7am lol Read more
Coffee and tea where great but the staff need to work together as a team. One person taking the order and getting the coffee no... manager to be seen. It is the country club road Dunkin. You need to retrain your staff. They are very friendly but lackleadership. That is the job of the managers. Hope u take my advice and fix the problem. Take care concerned customer. Read more
Love this DD although the holes in the drive thru are dangerously big. Not good but the service, especially Shayanne, is amazing... and nice. He gives excellent customer service and keeps me looking forward to the next day each day I go there. His sidekickJulia (young pretty and friendly happy)is also very skilled as well and these 2 together make a great team with their positivityand promptness. They're always patient and have smiles all the time. Jamie the male manager is awesome too. The other employeesshould be paying attention to these 3 and learn how to be this way. Never see or hear the positivity in the others plus thefemale manager isn't very professional with talking about the younger female employees to the customer putting the employeeJulia down. Not cool at all and should not have the position of authority with her negative comments about any employeeespecially beneath her. I use to LOVE this one but today me and my husband got a hot chocolate an vanilla spice chi an a sandwich he took his lid off... his chi to cool and there was this fly floating on top. I couldn?t eat it drink my food without thinking there was a fly in it.They handled it well but for a fly to be in a drink that shows unsanitary environment for us. I just want a refund and go on myway but be prepared check your food anywhere you go ppl I don?t think im eating out for awhile just saying Read more
Stood at the counter for more than 5 minutes. Could not even get an acknowledgment from anyone including the manager let alone... get waited on. Would avoid this location if you are wanting a DD coffee. Read more
