Quality and flavor are non-existent. I absolutely love buffalo mac and cheese and this tastes like nothing. Not only is there no... cheese flavor but the buffalo chicken has zero taste because of the sauce as well. Hot boneless wings have no flavor as well.Sad to have such a bad experience at a restaurant we loved in the past. No way to let the restaurant know either as they sourcetheir delivery out to Doordash and they have nothing to do with the food - the delivery was quick and the driver very friendly. Read more

I took my dad for veterans day. They advised that buy 1 entrée and the vets meal is free.. I was give a little menu that my... dad could choose from. Which he never ordered from . He wanted steak tips. There was no steak at all on the menu he was able toorder from. When we received our meals . The steak tips were way to spicy and I asked for medium and they were cooked well.. myFrench fries were cold as well as my broccoli. My dad also felt that his steak tips were too spicy and over cooked. We left 90 %of our food on the plate and left feeling unsatisfied. Read more

Sept- Stopped in for a quick bite and got the Chicken Kabob salad. It was excellent! Chicken had great flavor, fresh ingredients... and very tasty! Went there last night. Got one of their summer specials: focaccia crusted haddock. Was very good. Service wasok. Had to ask for popcorn...which usually is brought when they seat you. Read more
Sorry, 99. Have had many good meals at Vernon CT restaurant....but Enfield was a let down. Arrived after 2pm, midweek, party... of 5. Hostess asked us to wait about 20 minutes, saying "we only have one server, and don't want to overwhelm her" was 1stconcern. Waitress was pleasant. Steak order received was 8oz, not 12oz - per menu. Waitress agreed it wasn't correct size. Fish tacos marginal, (have had many times over the years). Blah, not crispy. Rice was bland. Food on front windows and windowtreatments--Visible from 10 feet away. Dining room had an old odor. Music overhead was too loud, several songs withinappropriate language for elderly patrons. Hostess seen chewing as she walked around, often sitting in a booth alone. Ifstaffing is poor, why not help out to improve customer service? Brought 3 people to restaurant that never ate there before. They won't return to 99. We will go somewhere else too. Again, server was pleasant...but food was not attractive, and not ofgood quality.
