I can definitely vouch for the fact that this specific Chipotle location is an absolute joke with their portion sizes. I was... disappointed the first time as I was trying to show a friend Chipotle as they had never tried their food before and we were bothshocked with what we got. I wouldn?t even call it a half normal portion, more like one fourth normal portion. I wasstunned. Then, at a later date I was in the area and said okay I?ll try it again, maybe they were just having a bad day, butNOPE. Same situation!!! Absolute baby portions. You spend $20 and you?re still hungry. I?ve never experienced this issue at anyother Chipotle location, and I?ve been to quite a few of them in the Northeast in general. DON?T come here! I wouldn?t even goto ANY of the restaurants in Enfield? for some reason every restaurant I?ve tried in Enfield has been an absolutely abysmalexperience. The Panera in Enfield totally screwed up my order so bad once that I had to call and complain and get multiple $10?customer care? coupons on the app in an attempt to make up for it. Definitely not what I expected from one of my favorite lunch spots. I live in MA so I rarely go to this location, but two days... in a row I visited for lunch because of travel, and each time they were missing items and were extremely slow. The service wasunderwhelming as well. Normally customer service should be friendly but it's not the feeling I received either time I visited. Read more
Order from somewhere else! I've been going to this location since it opened and never had issues. In the last 6 months the... quality has plummeted. I ordered 2 bowls and the meat between the 2 was enough for 1. Was given a coupon for an entree to makeit better. Ordered a steak bowl with double the meat and after digging through to find the meat this was it! That's maybe 1scoop definitely not extra/double. Chipotle has always been a favorite of mine but I'll find another location or restaurant fromnow on. Read more
My wife and myself loves Chipotle and have been buying from different shops for past 5 years. Guess what today's visit... completely changed both our opinion because of following reasons 1. Started of with they don't half of the ingredients 2. Thelady who packed was rude 3. Inorder to increase the number of fulfilled orders, I saw them reducing the portion sizes by almosthalf. When I asked about it, they are like this what theh always do. If this is true,they are continually ripping people off anddestroying the name of the Chipotle. Should be zero stars! Dried beans like they're overheating all day, yet steak is cold ????. Dirty dining room, dirty kitchen,... cold food, lackluster customer service. Why go here with so much competition within 5 min of this place. Someone is going toeventually get sick there. Now I remember why it's been a year since I've been here!
