Started by having to wait on a line as the girl fixed her hair 3 times before she took the orders. Then 15 mins later they gave... my sandwich to the wrong order. I step in to say it mine and he already throws it way. Now they remake it and over cook it soit tasted disgusting. My husband had already finished and was waiting on me. Poor cleanliness and blatant disregard for cross contamination. Staff and their families regularly leave 5 stars reviews to... boost ratings. good steak and cheese sandwiches but over priced especially since it seems you get less meat since the price wentup. Read more

went to D?Angelos in enfield for the first time ever and it was the best sandwich place ever! hands down beats jersey mikes and... subway. Super fresh and the restaurant team was so helpful and welcoming. The cashier Jessi had a beautiful smile and knew somuch about the menu. The manager Rick went out of his way to go in depth about certain items and Sarah gave great conversationas i was waiting and she double checked my order for me. the restaurant was clean and inviting. 10/10 recommend!!! This is by FAR the best D?angelos I have been to, I?m a huge fan. They were all younger adults like 18 to maybe 25 an let me say... the number 9?s were the best I?ve had since I made my own when I worked at this company in Chicopee MA. The order taking waslong only due to a training an employee. I would give much higher than 5 stars if I could, I was that impressed an satisfiedwith the customer service an quality of food. I purchased two tuna pockets today with Lettuce, tomato, pickles and olives. I got home and gave one to my daughter and I went... to my office to eat the other one. I opened it up and this is what it looked like! How am I supposed to pick this up and eat it.Both sandwiches were folded in a way it split the bread and everything fell out when trying to remove the paper! Read more
