They have stolen $25 from me over the past few weeks. The app takes my money and then crashes, I?ve brought it up to the... employees and they told me that they don?t know anything about it and won?t help me. I?m absolutely furious. Several signs saying that the drive-through is open till 9 PM. I arrived five minutes before nine. And was told that they were... closed. Today is August 25, 2022 maybe management could look into who works on the shift or not advertise that they?re open till9 PM. Closes 9pm but stops serving half of the drinks on the menu at 8.30. Bulls**t. Everytime espresso machine is down.
Went there because they opened up a new place and my first and second experience was not what i ordered and missing a toasted... bagel with cream cheese. But, now its been better. I guess because there are new employees. Read more
I came into dunkin because there was a long drive through line the ladies were working and only focusing on drive through. Stood... in lobby for like 10 minutes ! Will never return to this location. Very inconsiderate with other people?s times! They don?t careif you have to make it anywhere they don?t care about nothing but the drive through since they are timed ! This particular Dunkin was extremely slow with poor service. The manager was standing out front the whole time while a new hire... was on the drive thru headset and they messed up the order for the car in front of us as well as our order. I don't blame thenew kid but I do blame the manager for playing favorites by putting all the people they like on the easy jobs and having the newkid do all the work with no help. Read more
Received excellent service, staff was very friendly and willing. Seemed to be very happy at work. Coffee was adequately mixed... and restaurant was very clean. We had mocha iced coffee and Carmel swirl ice coffee and are both pleased. Excellent selection ofdonuts- especially for a Saturday afternoon. Read more
A great place to go to get Coffee. Pumpkin flavored everything. Iced Coffee is awesome.
