I asked for a croissant stuffer and it was cold so they said they'd remake it. The remake took 10-15 minutes and the remake WAS... STILL COLD, colder than the first one. I also got a peanut butter cup iced macchiato with caramel swirl and it was made wrong.The expresso was not separated from the peanut butter cup and caramel flavors like it was supposed to be. Not the speediest. Went inside to order just to see the inner workings. Clean, spacious but movement of staff was concerning.
Went just for donuts shown on the facebook page. Was not disappointed. Best Dunkin, most creative donuts around. Amazing... friendly staff, incredible fast service. I will return. Read more
They stopped serving brown sugar coffee but all the signs are still up and they didn't even say so on their Facebook but they... have time to tell me what special doughnuts are there. Kinda big deal if ur discontinuing something that's fully advertised Read more
Terrible experience. Our food was incorrect, none of the specificarions we requested were followed and all of the food was... smushed together and thrown in to the bag. You can tell that the employee working there does not care about his/her job which isreally dissapointing for the amount of money we spent. I understand being stressed and under staffed but if i dont like my job ifind a new one i dont do a terrible job and effect the customers. Read more
Slow service, and when I say slow service. I MEAN SLOW, takes 20 minutes for 4 cars to go through the drive through. Even on a... slow day they will manage to get orders wrong, you ask for a mocha iced coffee, they give you vanilla bean iced coffee.Atrocious service and even worse attention to detail. Read more
I don?t know what happened to this place it used to be the best Dunkin ever now it?s a mess every time I order I don?t know what... I?m gonna get the staff walks around slower than sloths it takes over 20 minutes for a mobile order (with no food I might add)not one thing has been made right in two months.
