Food was good, my pb cup sundae had no ice cream, was all syrup and had melted whipped cream on top. I think my sundae sat out... for too long before it was served to me, will go back but will be ordering ice cream afterwards at the ice cream window. Read more
Super friendly staff, the ladies really try to keep up with demand and desserts are decent. However, the overall service and... quality of food is below standards... You can clearly see how undermanned and overworked this restaurant is... Lack ofmanagement, procedures, and guidance for personnel are very bold at this location... Save your money! Read more
Great and fast service, very friendly. Had a hair in my ice cream unfortunately but was given a brand new one within minutes so... fast and caring service. Been here many times and that was the only somewhat bad experience with the place. Read more
Order at around 9:20, says pickup time is 9:44. We get there around 9:50, they look confused when we give them the name for the... pickup order, and say ?we are waiting on the fries?. No problem. Fast forward to 10pm, I see the guy in the back actively makingthe side to my meal. We asked ?did they forget to make our order?? The girl goes ?no they are just packing up the fries?????girl I just watched him make half my order. No need to lie, just apologize and move on. We didn?t actually get our food tillaround 10:15pm. And the fries were still cold??. So explain that? Try not to lie about things when customers can see directlyinto your kitchen. Read more
I am here right now in the parking lot my husband and I went inside to get ice cream there was a couple in front of us and then... a group of 5 behind us. The couple in front said they had been waiting over 15 minutes and no one came out from behind the icecream station or the back to seat them. So the lady and I went to the counter where we saw a group of girls working makingsundaes and asked politely if they who was working the dining room and the response we got was so rude " Does it look like I canhelp you right now I am busy can't you see that when it slows down I can maybe find someone" she was very snotting and spoke tous with attitude which was definately not called for. Great job now all of us walked out and brought our business elsewhere!!Used to be our go to spot to sit and relax as a couple or with our family of 8 but if this is how the customer service is now noway will we be back ???? seriously disappointed! Ordered to go burger and fries. NO MAYO. Burger had mayo. Fries were literally the worst ever. Greasy, and soggy. Unacceptable.... I returned the food for a refund (did not want it remade, wanted to eat elsewhere). Was told refund would take a week because Iordered on the app. Still no refund almost 4 weeks later. I wasn't sure what to expect when i ordered the original step up burger but it was amazing! Its a burger with grilled cheese... bread. The meat was juicy, the mayo was creamy, and the bread was crispy. I've only been to Friendly's twice now but i willremember this experience. Read more
I love Friendly's. We were driving down the highway and spotted it. Jumped off the next exit and went in for a bite. Food... was delicious and the server Anna was charming and friendly. I miss having a Friendly's close by. Read more
