Very disappointed. Ordered hot fudge sundaes. Was told there was no hot fudge. So instead ordered vanilla ice cream one in the... dish one in a cone. was charged for a plain hot fudge sundae. Whoever orders a plain sundae? We ordered vanilla ice cream in adish????! unfortunately I didn?t noticed she charge me extra for the ? Sundae? until I already paid for it with my card. Bought two Bacon McDoubles for $3.99 on 10/26/22. Seemed like a good deal, hardly any bacon on the burgers. Always a... problem at the 97 Elm St. Enfield, CT location. They're too slow, they don't give you the right amount of change, you haveto beg for a receipt, most of these problems are when going to the drive thru. Couple years ago got home order wascompletely wrong, attempted to call immediately, NO ONE answered. Wrote the 97 Elm St store a letter explaining what happened, left my name, address, phone # in the letter - NEVER EVER got a call from them or a return letter. That IS messed up. Read more

I have been coming to this location since August 2022 and I have never left frustrated or angry. The customer service here is... FANTASTIC. I noticed that all the employees are between the ages of 16-20ish, so I was worried at first but that worry is nomore. They are always patient and very kind! Super long wait in drive thru. My 6 piece nuggets only came with 5 chicken nuggets. I ordered a sweet tea, and they gave me a... sweet tea with no ice in it that tasted very watered down, like they had left it sitting for a while then decided to hand itout. If you don't have the McDonald's app, you're doing yourself a disservice. Here i got the fried spicy chicken sandwich, medium... fry, medium drink (free refills) under $5. The sandwich only seemed spicy because of the spicy sauce on it, but it seemed goodquality for the price. I put more sauces on it, sweet and sour and a Buffalo sauce. Read more
When people ask for fresh food over and over that means they really mean it. Came in at 530 today for fresh nuggets 5:50 I?m... still here and they gave me old nuggets the first time and I specifically asked for them to be dropped fresh twice I said theones in the warmer are usually soggy because they let them sit too long. I placed a large order for my family of 8 ahead of time with the app. The order was ready and waiting when we got there. We... went through the drive thru and used the code you get from the app to pick up your order. It was a seamless experience from appto pickup in less than 15 minutes for about $60 worth of food. Everything we order was there and hot, nothing missing. Employeeswere pretty cheerful. I haven't had any problems with this location and will keep going here when I want some MCDs. Read more
