There is zero customer service at this location anymore save for a couple people who are doing their best and usually on their... own. They had a high turn over of capable people and 9 times out of 10 I come in here and everyone is silent, uncertain and haveno sense of urgency. What happened to ?welcome to moe?s?? the employees don?t try to help each other ever, and there is a clearlack of leadership. I don?t blame the employees who are trying to get through their shift with no goals, no motivation, nopraise and no shoulder to shoulder work. This place needs a revamp, badly, with their leadership. Haven?t been to this location in a while. It I came in and ordered my usual quesadilla only to find out many of the vegetables I... get are now discontinued. Who discontinues veggies in a burrito shop?? I checkout and for a quesadilla and a fountain drink$18.50! And every table in the place was disgusting and barely wiped down. IWhen came into this establishment, the store was unsavory to say the least. It was not clean at all. The meats looked... overcooked and sides looked old and stale, all of the dressing containers were gross. There was one girl preparing the food.While the other 4 girls in the store sat around , doing absolutely NOTHING to assist her. She seemed overwhelmed with the onlineorders coming in, she definitely needed to be helped. We sat and waited for 15 mins, not a single person said "we'll be rightwith you" That's when we decided to walk out. I will never attend this place again. Wish I could give a zero.... We were just there tonight. No one acknowledged us. My daughter stood in front of one of the... employees to ask a buritto question and literally had to say excuse me 2-3 times before she would look up from the onlineorder. Then she answered the question without any pleasantries and continued her online order. We continued to stand therehoping to order but she refused to care. So we are now at another establishment where they care about our business. Also, therewere TWO employees in the food area. So either one could have cared. Read more

Very disappointed with my only moes enfield visit. I don?t usually write these things but there were so many things wrong I feel... like it wouldn?t be right if I didn?t let others know. To start off, it was extremely busy and the employees were struggling tokeep up. The restaurant was dirty, unkept, and seemingly out of everything. When we walked in, the employees rudely announcedthat they were low on chips. While this is very understandable, when we finally got to the register, they have us 2 small bagsof chips for 3 people with no other compensation such as a drink, free kids meal, or voucher. When I went up to get a little bitmore, they were extremely rude and told me they were rationing the rest of the chips for the customers in line and could onlygive one bag per group. I pointed that that this logic is extremely flawed as a group of 10 people could come in and would onlyget 1 bag. They then proceeded to be extremely rude and argue with me which I then pointed out. It was ridiculous that I?mpaying for my meal that includes chips but didn?t receive any and was rudely spoken to when I tried to ask for a just a fewmore. The restaurant was also out of forks, fajita veggies, olives, and the soda machine was laughably empty. Reallydisappointed with the condition of the restaurant as well as the lack of respect and customer service from the workers. My Mom and I went here tonight for dinner we ordered the Chicken club quesadillas with extra sauce we didn?t order spent enough... on our meal to have them mess up our order by giving us someone else?s order, so I went up and told the lady at the registerabout it and she was like yeah the orders were switched, well I got nothing but an attitude from one of the employees and theother customers got special treatment by getting a free soda and cookies and my mom and I got nothing but attitude! Update: I was contacted by the manager of this establishment who said they would refund my reward points and money. 1 week later... and I got nothing. I tried reaching out again and got no reply. Clearly they are just happy to take your money and run. Avoid! Ichose to go to Moe's for lunch since I had some reward points to use. I got 2 bowls which were both the same; adobo chicken,seasoned rice, black beans, lettuce, tomato, sour cream, cilantro, grilled peppers and pico de gallo. The first disappointmentwas that I had wanted tofu but they didn't have any. Then I was informed that they no longer served cucumber as a topping. Ifelt like the server was being a bit stingy with the portions. I took these bowls to go. When I went to have lunch I found thatthe bowls were very very salty. I'm not sure which ingredient contributed to this. The rice was also not cooked fully as itstill had a crunchy texture. It made for a very awful lunch. This is not the first time I have had issues at this location. Thefirst time I tried to go here for dinner, there was a sign that said they could not serve bowls or tacos. Went to this location, it was pretty dead when I got there. The female employee who had a ripped shirt who made my burrito was... miserable, rude and quite frankly didn?t want to deal with a very simple order. Forgot the queso on the side and was given ahard time for asking, but fortunately the manager told the employee that I bought it with the meal.
