Our experience was great due to one factor...PAM. the server was awesome from introduction to check. She moved like she had work... to do and spoke to us with purpose and good intention. She offered fried while we waited without having to ask. She also noticedhow many of us there were and immediately told us about the rewards program which we never knew about despite eating at RR allthe time. She is intuitive and kind. Great job Read more

We were greeted before we were inside by a very pleasant hostess who opened the door. We were immediately seated with menus.... Less than a minute later our hostess came with a basket of fries and 2glasses of water. Order was placed and in no time we gotit. The salmon was cooked perfectly and was moist and delicious. The hamburger was delicious and I added the garlic mayo. Verygood. Our waitress checked on us regularly. Portions are big and all of the items were great. Enjoy! Our server's name isYevette. We ask for her every time we go there and she's absolutely wonderful! Very kind, upbeat and goes out of her way to bekind to the elderly gentleman that is handicapped that I bring. My girlfriend took me here for the first time ever after the movies. They had lost power sometime before we arrived, due to the... strong storms that passed through earlier that day, so they were understandably behind in orders. They told us it would be ahalf hour wait, which didn't bother us at all, but it only ended up being a few minutes before we got our table. They wereextremely busy, but the service we experienced was exceptional regardless. I ordered the Southern Charm Burger and it wasdelicious. The Steak fries were really good too. They did an excellent job under the circumstances they were dealing with thatday. We will definitely be back. Read more

This is about the kindness, grace and dignity that the manager Paige showed to someone who came in off the street because it... started raining hard. The person who came in had an obvious mental disability and was looking for a ride home. Paige made surethe woman was treated as a human being. She gave her a water, let her use her personal phone and give her an umbrella to usewhile she waited for a bus. Like we all wish to be treated. Her patience, kindness and compassion alone will keep me frequentingthis restaurant, whether I?m in the mood for a burger or not. The best managers lead by example. Red Robin has a great one inPaige. Stopped in sunday a little after 11 am. Zero wait time for a booth for 3. The burgers here always deliver strong flavor and you... can't go wrong with bottomless fries. I ordered the master cheeseburger which I can't find on any online menu. ???????????.Basically just a cheeseburger with 2 types of cheese and pickle wedges on it. Asked for it medium....came out medium. For anappetizer we got the pretzel bites with cheese sauce. The pretzels were light, warm, fluffy and delicious. On the table within 5minutes. Within being here for about 15 minutes (about the wait time for all 3 burgers to come out) this place was starting tofill up with guests. Great friendly atmosphere. Love coming to this place.
