Pizza boxes was caved in and messed up the cheese and they forgot a soda on my last order, the food is good tho

Screw this place been a customer for years ordered food last night and my whole family got food poisoning. Calling to complain i... was treated poorly and told i was wrong and it wasnt their food, then told i dont know what you want me to do. I proceeded tosay i would like a refund because of this, after arguing for several minutes i was told i could have my refund but i am never toorder from this place again. So thanks rinadis for treating a customer who has been giving you business for years this way, Ohand again once more THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. Even though i was told im not always right. New owners, newly remodeled, and a delicious new menu. I’ve lived here a long time and have eaten the pizza from each owner,... most good, some not. THE NEW RINALDI’S Is great! We can’t wait to try new pizzas and meals from their menu! We ordered alarge combination pizza - for two of us. There was plenty left over for lunch the next day. We loved the crust! This was an unexceptional experience. I ordered two slices of pepperoni pizza. They were too large by about a third and too... thick by half and it wasn't cooked long enough as they had no char on the bottom of the crust. Avoid this shop and instead goto Posto in Longmeadow, Fazio's in East Longmeadow or Francesco's in Suffield. Read more
