The woman with glasses working here was EXTREMELY rude. Has issues and attitude with answering simple questions. No sense of... understanding hospitality and customer service. If you where confused or she did not hear one of the items you wanted her tonewould get very tense. Doesn?t seem like customer service is a good job for her. Absolutely disrespected my mom who I canunderstand can be difficult at times in the sense of wanting to pay in exact change, but the side comments in front of my motherwas revolting. I?ve worked in customer service for 6 years and have had many difficult, rude, pleasant and confusing customersbefore, but not once have I disrespected them and said things under my breath in front of them. the obese white female with glasses seems to be miserable and giving attitude to paying customers. Further, she is abusive... towards her own coworkers - should not be in a customer facing role. she is not wearing the mask appropriately even thoughsubway has a mask policy! I go to this store for convenience and staff are friendly, though my visit today they are out of sweet peppers. Now i stopped... going to windsor lock store cause of this. The mngr there told me its upto each store what they order for vegies. Have noticedthere is less and less of choices for vegies. Hope this is not a trend.
