Well the taco Supreme were a little disappointing ???? but it's alright. I try to limit my fast food intake. ????
My cruncherap had a bug in the meat , not sure what it was . It had antenaes , maybe a baby cricket or roach . Anyways I went... to inspect the side taco and found a stay bug antenae so I returned the order . Other than that service is descent , a littleslow during lunch hours. Read more
Although it was just drive-thru they were very patient. They made sure our order was intact everything was nicely put in the bag... gave us enough sauce and Definitely gave us enough napkins! The employee at the window was very nice. Read more
I honestly wish I could give zero stars. This Taco Bell is a joke. Usually I?d never leave a review but this place is unreal. No... ground beef no cheese. Close the place for the night if that?s the case. get better management. Seriously will not be back Read more
This location on Hazard Ave in Enfield has the worst staff and service. Twice now I've been missing items from my order and the... food is always stale, cold and just completely unappealing. Seems to be the case for most fast food restaurants in the area Read more
Literally waited in line for 45 minutes with 4 cars ahead of us. Service is hit or miss depending on who's working the drive... through. Half the the time your order isn't what it should be let alone they forget half your order. They need to initiate a hublane if you will and have spots for those in the drive through that have large orders to pull off to the side like McDonald'sand all other large fast food enterprises have so that those who order smaller orders have the right of way. I'm saddened by thequality of service and hope they fix this because they used to be a very well run establishment. It's causing friction amongstcustomers both in store and drive threw and the presence of "customers" who are under the influence of illigal substancescausing issues in the dinning room are far from acceptable. Let alone a staff member had abandoned ship and walked to dunkindonuts to grab coffee for the rest of the crew mid a rush is unheard of. I would give this less than a 1 out of 5 let alone 10.I have received better service in the most unappealing of neighborhoods. This place needs to shut down or make some majorchanges. The great thing about this chain is the bang for your buck. Truly can get a very simple meal for $1.29 and for just a bit more,... something that'll fill you up. The food is good and prices fair. Staff is amiable. At the end of the day it's fast food butit's one of the best fast food places I've been at. Read more
sad to say this but i loved them before my last visit. i was a loyal customer. not anymore. i went over here one night last week... and had gotten my typical order with black beans instead of beef. had beef put onto my taco. went inside they corrected it. wenthome, but last night i had enough. i ordered through the app and went through the drivetbru. checked my order. both tacos wereincorrect and had refried beans instead of black beans. go inside and tell them its incorrect and im not even mad. i understandmistakes happen. i had told them what i ordered then they gave me two chalupa tacos with black beans. not even what i ordered inthe first place. noticed on my way home. turned around and then i had told them im sorry im back, but i didnt order this could igive you guys the taco and get this corrected? and they asked what i had i stated i ordered two of these tacos with black beansand instead of getting the two i ordered in the first place. i had one that was correct and they never gave me my second one. imjust highly frusterated because i spent over $15 so that i could use one of my rewards from the app. if i didnt have that offeron the app i wouldnt have spent that much money in the first place. i get mistakes happen, but repeatedly telling them what iwant and having them mess up 4 consecutive times is highly frusterating.
