place was "hopping", with manager I think, described as a nan with beard being super accommodating to everyone all the while... training a girl on register. soda machine malfunctioned but that Didn't slow him down for making soars for each and everyinside order. This is always a busy restaurant! The drive thru line is known to wrap around the restaurant. I decided to go in tonight and... I was amazed at how the Manager Evan? worked the front and the drive thru with ease and with a positive customer serviceattitude! He was able to troubleshoot and resume filling orders. My rating is 4 star but only because of the wait and thedelays I observed with mobile orders. Read more
Only really go here for the drive thru but it's always pretty quick and reliable. Cashier was a cool guy
They initially got my order wrong. When I pointed it out, they fixed it right away without any fuss. Very professional and... everybody makes mistakes. The food was quite tasty by fast food standards. Better than McDonald's at least. Read more
You guys literally just charged me almost $14 for a #2 and it was entirely wrong! Gave me a small coke, fries were less than... half full, and my burger looks like a 5yr old made it. It?s called Baconator for a reason! Im lucky if i got 3 pieces of baconin this thing. Tried calling several times but no one is picking up. Not the first time you guys screw me over. Hire the rightpeople already! If there was anything less than one star, you?d definitely have it. I think this along with all these otherreviews qualify for a report with BBB. Get it together. I was very disappointed with the whole experience. I ordered three sandwiches two sodas and a side of fries. One of the... sandwiches with no bacon and I made sure to repeat that I cant have bacon on it. They charged me for four sides of fries andthey charged separately for the drinks the sandwiches as well as the fries. We tried to be nice and not complain about it. Afterwe started eating we realized that the sandwich had bacon on it. When we went back to replace it no one was willing to help andthey charged for the replaced sandwich. I waited for it for more than 10 minutes and no one came out. I ended up leaving withouteating at all. I definitely don?t suggest anyone to go to this certain location. Read more
