The sign say they close at 7pm went at 6:44pm closed and all locked up. Went to Starbucks better coffee anyways.

My sister and I came through the drive threw this morning at approximately 7:50 am. My order was correct however, my sisters was... extravagantly incorrect. Upon her asking for her coffee to be corrected the woman refused to fix the coffee and laughed. Shetold us that is what she ordered and made us move along. The girls taking our order were also laughing while we tried to order(no wonder the order was wrong) will be going to Starbucks next time. Read more
I rarely leave reviews, but this is by far the best Dunkin? Donuts I?ve ever been to - and as a Boston native and huge Dunks... fan, I?ve been to a million DDs. As a new-ish Enfield resident, I go here almost every day. everything just tastes better here:the iced coffee is consistently great and better than any other DDs? iced coffee (I?m not sure what they do, but it tastes a bitmore strong/less diluted - it?s excellent). Also, the donuts always taste very fresh in the AM. Lastly, staff is nice, and thestore is newly renovated and clean. It?s weird how much I love this dunks, but it?s honestly the best! Read more
Stopped in this morning to get the kids breakfast before school as we were running late and the lobby was closed. Drive thru was... open but they were not serving hot food only donuts and coffee, when I asked why not the lady says because there are only 2 ofus here.now I worked at Dunkin for 11 years 2 people with no lobby orders can handle food and one register! Enough ranting butwe were very disappointed and the kids went to school hungry! Read more

Hardly every have the items on their menu. And there's always something wrong with my sandwich. Order a plain bagel with sausage... egg and cheese. They didn't have any bagels, whatever.. but I shouldn't get a half of the top of my English muffin when Ialready wanted a bagel and had to settle! You guys really need to step it up. I come by all the time and hardly ever get theservice or quality Of food I deserve. Read more
