Enfield location. Sign on drive thru speaker says debit and credit not working. Cash only. Okay, that happens, I have cash. Went... to the window and passed them 100 dollar bill. Nope, we don?t accept 100 dollar bills. I?m thinking how can you turn down legaltender. So bye, they?d rather throw the food out than take 100 dollar bill. Read more
Two of the employees, around 15 or 16 are making fun of multiple customers and a nice Indian employee. The Indian employee was... going to take a seat on her break when the two girls gave her a nasty look, and the lady looked scared and walked to the otherside of the restaurant as the two girls made fun of her. When you pull up to the drivethru after 10pm when it closes at 11pm the staff hides and doesn't take your order. Their tomatoes... are usually rotten and nothing is made right. The owner should really pay attention to its employees because that person isloosing so much money and customers. Read more
Service was okay. But the whole store needs to be cleaned, it's dirty. We stopped to dine in at this location around 10pm 5... staff members where in the back and there was one staff cleaning the seats and tables. The floors had fries, toilet paper comingout of the bathroom door, and paper from the straws on the floor but just in general everything just looks grimy. They haveenough staff on that someone could have swept the floor instead of standing around doing nothing. Read more
Pulled up at five to ten. The hours were posted online as 7:00AM to 11:00PM with the same hours posted on the door. The doors... were locked and the staff was cleaning. Fine, figured it must be the drive through that is opened until 11. Pulled up only to betold "Sorry, we're closed." I was looking forward to a meal however, this was very disappointing. So if you have the chance,CALL AHEAD and DON'T TRUST THE ONLINE HOURS or even those posted on the door! Not sure if they may be understaffed or what theproblem is but the parking lot was deserted and the only people to be seen inside were the staff. Felt like having an Impossible Whopper for lunch so I stopped in. The lady at the counter was older and reminded me of my... grandmother. She was very sweet and made the visit that much better! The impossible whopper is really good for a veggie burger.Can barely taste the difference! Read more
