My dad is a rotational worker and flies into Halifax once a month. Every time I go to pick him up at 9:30pm, I stop into this... Tim Hortons. After flying all day, my dad is starving and wants a bacon grilled cheese melt, but every single time I am toldthat the grill is being cleaned. Another time I ordered two sandwiches and they only made me one, so I had to get them to makeme another one and waited a long time for it. Most recently, I got there at 9pm and needed to use the washroom, but they closedthe dining room and I couldn't even go in to use the washroom. You'd think that being by the airport that they'd always havetheir washroom open. Flights get in at all times of the day and night, so they need to have their whole menu available at alltimes! Also, this Tim's is always FILTHY! I understand that all Tim's locations are dealing with a staffing shortage, but thisTim's needs a new manager and should increase the wages of their staff so there can be better service.
