Place really needs to show their employees how to make sandwiches, if I?m paying $14 for a combo it should be made properly, not... thrown together and chucked in a bag, lucky for me my break is over so thank you Tim Hortons, can?t even eat what I was given. Now I can go the rest of my shift without supper. Will not be back. Read more

My dad is a rotational worker and flies into Halifax once a month. Every time I go to pick him up at 9:30pm, I stop into this... Tim Hortons. After flying all day, my dad is starving and wants a bacon grilled cheese melt, but every single time I am toldthat the grill is being cleaned. Another time I ordered two sandwiches and they only made me one, so I had to get them to makeme another one and waited a long time for it. Most recently, I got there at 9pm and needed to use the washroom, but they closedthe dining room and I couldn't even go in to use the washroom. You'd think that being by the airport that they'd always havetheir washroom open. Flights get in at all times of the day and night, so they need to have their whole menu available at alltimes! Also, this Tim's is always FILTHY! I understand that all Tim's locations are dealing with a staffing shortage, but thisTim's needs a new manager and should increase the wages of their staff so there can be better service. My poor dad just wantshis bacon grilled cheese melt ???? Read more

Nice to have a place to stop before the airport. Nicely situated, this Tim hortons has lots of parking, fairly clean bathrooms... and friendly staff. It also has a screen for departures and arrivals, great idea. Read more

I am shocked that I have to leave a bad review. I am a long term Tim's customer and will continue to be. However, the manager at... this branch really should undergo further training in customer service. I came to this location today evening with myfamily. My mom had wanted a birthday cake donut. I had never heard of this type of donut before. Unbeknownst to me, the birthdaycake donut was mislabelled on their shelf as the "strawberry fill" donut. So, based on the improper labelling, I ordered thestrawberry fill donut, with the intention that it would be the birthday cake one. We got our orders in our bags and ofcoursedidn't bother to look inside. My mom is not the type of person to bring up that the wrong order was given. She had eaten most ofthe donut fairly quickly, and was about to take her final bite, when we noticed that she was given the wrong donut. No problem,I told her that I would still get her the donut she had wanted, maybe she could eat it later. I went up to the manager who wasat the front. He was very surprisingly confrontational. He kept on saying "you ordered a strawberry fill and that's what I gaveyou". He acknowledged that his labelling on his shelf was incorrect. I was merely ordering the donut which was incorrectlylabelled as strawberry fill. Despite acknowledging that he messed up the labelling, he said that he would need to charge me foranother donut. He then stormed off, turned his back to me, and proceeded to ignore me. He then started addressing customers inline that were after me. 2 seperate customers were equally baffled by his confrontational and rude behaviour, even though it washis fault for the improper labelling. 2 customers informed him that his labelling for the donut was wrong. I asked him "sir areyou doing okay?" to which he quickly and angrily responded with "Yea I am! Are you doing okay??" My jaw was to the ground withshock. I cannot believe that he tried to blame me for his own labelling mistake. His level of host Read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst experience I?ve ever had at a Tim Hortons, waited at the speaker for 5+ mins the both... times I went within the same day. Customer service was horrendous, employees didn?t even speak to me either times at the windowand were clearly super irritated I was even ordering there. There needs to be some serious reviews of their hires here. Icouldn?t believe how horrible of an experience this was. They clearly hate their jobs and don?t care if they show it. Read more
