I find the drivethru a little slow and they often don't have what's on the menu, more than other Tim's. I've rarely had bad... service, most are very friendly, tho they often get the order wrong. And the quality of product is on par with otherlocations. Read more
Servers are are really rude. Gave me the wrong order after correcting the server on my order before it was all punched in. Came... back in afterwards with no fuss to order the sandwich I really wanted ( didn't even mention the mistake ) was stared down andasked what I was waiting for now since I was there just 2 mins before. Super long wait for food. Staff has no regards forcustomers, they were yelling and laughing and ignoring customers. One was wiping his mouth and nose with their hands whileserving customers. Were forgetting to give food to drive through customers while I was inside waiting. Never going again!! Read more
The staff here are always super friendly and willing to work around your order. If they run out of buns, you can have bread,... bagel, etc. They just do not answer with "sorry we do not have any!", They will feed you as best as they can with what theyhave.
