I come to this 7-11 probably 3-4 times a day. The shelves and coolers are always stocked. There is always a fresh pot of... regular and another of decaf. The fountain & slurpee station is also very well stocked with cups, lids and straws. One areathey lack in, is not keeping the Iced Coffee machine filled with Mocha. Some of the worst workers at any 7-eleven I've even been at. I used to live in Brooklyn, NY, and I've NEVER seen such... apathetic employees that will see you walk in, and still do their busy-work for up to 5 min, while you sit and wait for a packof gum. Really really bad. Read more
My wife went there a few weeks ago and Abby was the cashier that was there. She couldn't find the time to get off of her phone... to help her. I went there tonight 9-20-20, to simply get a hotdog and I had to ask the lady that was working if she was going toget off her phone and help me. This store used to have excellent customer service has I have lived here for almost 7 yrs, buthas dramatically fallen. I will continue to call untill I get ahold of Asegid the owner or manager and make my complaint heard!! Read more
Olive across the street from this 7'11 & I am treated respectfully.. Yes I agree some look in your wallet, I but most people do... these days! I Unfortunately! I I come from a batch of Foreigners & you have to stick to your guns & speak up with politeness..Trust me, I we'll with all people actually. I go out of my way to avoid this place. The people are incredibly rude. When paying with cash they will start screaming at you... to hurry up or say that you don't have enough money. (Regardless of how much money they can see in your wallet, and they dolook). They always try to steal your change and not give you a recipt so you can check to see if your change is right. I got ataquito there once and it was hard as a rock and very stale. They refused to give me a newer one and I ended up getting sickfrom eating it. I will drive out of my way to go to a better 7-11 even tho this one is very close to my home. The one off ofMansfield and Broadway is much better, so is the one off Broadway and Dartmouth or hampden and dahlia. Go anywhere but here.Anywhere. Read more
I'm a driver. so 7-11s are my lifeline. I visit them probably three times a night. this store is ridiculous!! They were rude... and lazy. Their air pump machine is never working. The few times that has been they have the credit card part deactivated. Ifyou ask them a question, it's always" i don't know.". If you keep trying to ask them they suddenly can't understand you. Place seriously marks up standard 7_11 prices with their own price tags on things that are in every store. I grab a sandwich... from 7-11 every day and will avoid this place from here on out. Be prepared to pay a higher price or go down the road to thenext 7-11 and save some money. Read more
