The coffee is absolutely amazing!! Honestly how much I love the products I wish the customers service experience matched!! I am... a rewards member who drinks coffee from caribou almost 3/4 times a week and honestly they are rude!! They make a point tocontinue to sound friendly in there tone but very unnecessary comments that are quite condescending!! I also spend money throughUber and the coffee I drink is NEVER listed so I call and they make a point to let me know they are irritated when you wouldthink I order so often they would acknowledge me as a good customer and that?s definitely not the case!! I ordered a "splash" of half and half in my black coffee and it came out pretty much white. Like 3 parts cream 1 part black... coffee. They used to do well and now they ruin every order. Read more
My wife, adult son and I visited this coffee shop for the first time yesterday afternoon and really enjoyed it. The location... was convenient, the outside of the shop was pleasing to the eye, there was adequate parking, we were welcomed upon entering, theemployee who took our order was friendly, patient, and efficient, our coffee and pastries were delicious! and reasonably priced,there was plenty of different kind of seating in the clean dining room, there were lots of bags of coffee, cups, etc., for salenicely placed on displays in the shop, there was free, working, Wi-fi, the one restroom was clean (the other was closed forrepair), and the A/C kept the temp cool & comfortable in the dining room. Will always like going to this place. They used to be in a store front at Belleview and Broadway (current Duffy Roll - yuck),... but moved to old Hampden. Still better coffee than any other chain, nicer barristas, and still have curbside/drive-up service. Wish they had a drive-through window, but not having one is a small sacrifice. Read more
