Had this locations food a couple times. Food is what you would expect from a domino's but the service is pretty bad. I don't... know if they don't have enough staff or if they are incompetent, but the past 3 times I have ordered from them I have to callthem roughly 30 min after ordering to remind them to actually cook my food. Most recently had to cancel my order because thewebsite told me that they could have my food out for delivery within 25 min but after 45 my pizza hadn't even gone in the oven.If I was told it was going to be a long wait from the beginning I would have been ok with it, but I don't like being lied to. Had the absolute rudest deliver driver I have ever encountered. The app put the wrong address on accident and the driver was... upset he dropped it off at my neighbors and had to turn around. When he handed me my food he caused a huge scene about havingthe incorrect address and was so rude. I will never order from this dominos again and will place pick up order for the nextdominos a couple miles down the road. Read more
Ordered a pie and soda to be delivered to my son at work bc he left his wallet at home. Order was taken with payment info. When... pizza delivered, my son had to borrow money from a coworker to pay for it bc this location sent the order to another locationcloser to his job. That's all fine and dandy but why wasn't the payment info sent? Why, when the original employee took theorder, didn't they say that the delivery address was outside of their delivery area and direct me to the appropriate location?Bad customer service and horrible communication. UPDATE: 09/09/2022 - chicken wing order amounts were decreased from 8 to 6,while the prices were increased by a dollar. REALLY DOMINOS?! I can just about swallow (pun intended) the increase in price, butto decrease the amount of food is the epitome of bad business. ???????? Read more

2/2 occasions now I have been totally impressed by this Domino's location! They've been quick & efficient & kind. PLUS I GREATLY... appreciate that they know how to properly prepare & bake their gluten free pizza's. I cannot even tell you how thankful I am tohave such a quick & yummy option so close to home that won't poison me!! The gluten free options are kind of small especiallyfor the price, but they have sent some awesome coupons as well (: thank you guys for being so awesome!! Read more
I have tried calling this store 6 times a night for a week now around 9:50pm to 10:50pm the last call to the store I was on hold... for 20 minutes each call 5 to 10 minutes. the store hours say until 1am. But I NEVER get to talk to anyone and end up orderingfrom pizza hut instead where they answer the phone within 2 minutes of calling. When I worked for Dominos in 2009 the whole crewwould be fired for letting a single customer wait for more than 10 minutes. The only nice thing I can say is that the kid at the counter was awesome. Now about the pizza...I get inflation is an issue.... However, there was barely any topping on my sausage, banana pepper pizza. Had I wanted a cheese pizza, that's what I would haveordered one. If I wanted the toppings for a third of the pizza again, that's what I would have ordered. Also, what's the pointof ordering light sauce when they're just going to drown the dough in it anyways? Everytime I order Dominos pizza I am moredisappointed than the last. Guess you get what you pay for. Frank's it is for now on. Read more
