Good food. Understaffed. Stood at the register for over five minutes - waiting to order with no one else in the restaurant. ... Waited for about 5 to ten minutes for food as online orders were being fulfilled. After picking up food, I was given a coffeecup. The coffee dispensar was empty. I had to wait for someone to Finnish more orders before making new coffee. Food wasgood. Read more
This place is disgusting. It?s so filthy. Caked on grime INSIDE the bagel case. It looks like they never thoroughly clean the... place. Tables were dirty. The old crumbs and dirt were stuck together after what must be months of not cleaning. The wirebaskets holding the bagels had gunk all over them. I understand there might be crumbs but this goes beyond that. It?s a lack ofcare for the cleanliness of the place. These pictures were taken at 6:30am. They obviously don?t clean the place at the end ofthe day or before the day starts. It feels like Einstein?s has really gone downhill over the last few years (even before COVID)and management seems unwilling or incapable of doing anything about it. Read more
What is this? I asked for a bagel with plain cream cheese and avocado. Why would one half have avo and the other half cream... cheese? Plus I just waited 14 minutes from time or order for this. I've been stopping here for a while to get bagels and it's been a hit or miss. Today was frustrating. I came in for a grab and... go and they did take about 10 minutes, but the customer after me had their sandwich made before me. The worst part was gettingto work and having most of the bagels mutilated. Extremely disappointing. Read more
This place is always nice, and the staff is always polite and pleasant. The inside is clean and the display is well organized.... The bagels are fresh, and the blueberry shmear is soooo good! I highly recommend it! Read more
Fast friendly service. Had a ToGo order and they forgot my fruit cup but we were eating in the parking lot so that wasn?t an... issue really. Still a 5 star because they?re cool about everything and informative about my orders. Kids had a pizza bagel andit was really good. We had the turkey bacon which was pretty good also. Coffee was good also. Mile high and house coffee wereworth it. No complaints. Read more
I placed an order and paid through the app on 11/4/22 for 2 cantinas of coffee for a work meeting totaling a little over $45.... When I arrived they told me they were out of the cantinas but could give me individual cups of coffee. How would I possiblytransport 20 to 30 cups of coffee? They couldn?t give me a refund since I paid on the app but said they would have someone callme. No one ever called. I tried calling the store a few days later and the call was redirected to another location who direct meto the contact us page on the website. I filled it out and still no call. I finally received a credit on the app of $46 on11/11/22. The problem is I purchased this on my corporate card, along with the coffee I ended up getting from Starbucks, andneed a refund not app credit. If someone would bother to call me I could explain this. The problem resolution is terrible and noone wants to talk to the customer. Read more
