Usually good and quick. Recently though, I placed an order online and apparently got caught in the lunch rush. What normally... takes 10 minutes took 50 minutes. They weren't even taking orders at the counter for a bit because of the massive backup ofonline orders. The 3 employees were doing their best to keep up with the volume but they clearly need more people working herefor the lunch hour. And they need to pay the employees more. Read more
First time having Five Guys!!! The food was delicious we could not finish our food. Definitely went to bed stuffed. Friendly... customer service & very fast order, didn't wait very long as we got our food to go. After a 12-13 hour long drive into Coloradowe sure needed that fuel. Thanks Five Guys, we will definitely go back when we go home back to Arizona. Read more
Definitely will never be coming back to this location. Watched the male employee assembling the burgers wipe his nose on the... side of his hand/glove and then walk up to the front door, pull the door shut, lock it, and then proceed to keep making burgerswith the same gloves still on? If you want your food in a timely manner do not go here. I ordered via the app..when I walked in I gave them my name amd was... told it'd be an additional 15 minutes. After another 30 minutes I asked again and was told my food had been sitting there allalong but they were understaffed so I should just deal with. They may be expensive but still the best burger & fries in town! Service was great. The food was hot and order filled correctly.... Be sure you ask for a bag of peanuts while you wait for your order. Read more
Kinda expensive. I'm not a big fan of onions so I ordered my burger without and I'm halfway through with it and I take a bite... and got a mouth full of onions and it ruined it for me I spit it out and found only a few small pieces but the damage was doneand I couldn't get the onion taste out my mouth I threw away a $10 burger and had to go get dinner again.
