This has been a longtime favorite haunt of ours for quite some time! The architecture, interior style, ambiance, food quality... and artistry, and the professionalism of the staff are all top notch. Is it the highest end, top of the line, boutiquerestaurant? Hmmmmm...... mostly, but no. And that's why I like it. It's warm and personable.... not high brow and snooty. Stillvery high quality. Still emanates excellence. Still a place to take a date or friends you are comfortable with. The food issuperb. Prices reasonable for the high level of quality. Night out with another couple - we decided to check out Redlands Grill in Park Meadows area. Atmosphere accommodating for group... meetings. Burger wasn't anything special but was tasty. The Best part of the Meal was the carrot cake dessert - it is servedwarm and delicious. Price for two meals cost $55 plus a tip (kinda expensive for what we got - inflation sucks 9/2/2022). Today, I am near Park Meadows mall. A special steak at J.Alexander’s is in my mind. House salad and honey mustard dressing is... my favorite. Steak Maui is not in the menu, but they still provide few orders a day, before you order, you better check withyour wait staff see if they are available. My steak is perfectly grilled by wood, juicy and tender all the way to the last bite.Excellent service and very nice décor, very happy meal. Again I treat myself a good early dinner. 5 stars it is. Summer is coming and if you haven’t tried the ice cream cake at Redlands Grill in Centennial than you are missing it!!! Oh my... goodness!!! Excellent crab cakes & calamari! Their servers are attentive and friendly! Crab cakes were delicious! I’ve been to Boston... and tried 3 different spots recommended by locals. I had to come to Denver to get the best crab cakes I ever had. Perfectlycooked chunks of crab, nicely seasoned, and it’s binding was so light the crab flavors came through.
