It's mcdonald's, what can you say? What separates this McDonald's from the others is the very friendly and welcoming staff. The... ladies at this particular McDonald's always have a smile on their face and are always just pleasant to interact with and itmakes the McDonald's experience more than just a McDonald's experience. It used to be better but it's just kinda of ok thse days. Many times I've been waiting ages for a simple order and the staff... does orders completely out of order with groups getting 6 different meals getting their food ahead of my single big Mac meal.The atmosphere is also wildly varying with sometimes the staff being adults who can get your order on time and get it to youwithout fail and others the staff consists of entirely teenagers who aren't even in uniform who chat with their freinds ratherthan make the food. I had the worst experience at this McDonald?s tonight. I would give them 0 stars if I could. My boyfriend and I came to this... location around 10:45pm and just wanted to order 2 chicken sandwiches. We sit at the window and order our food but the lady onthe speaker never responded. We continued to sit and wait for another 10 minutes until someone else finally came to the speaker.We order our food and wait another 15 to pay at the window. Everything looked good our boxes were labeled as just the regularsandwiches (which we ordered). We got home, and realized we were given the wrong food. We immediately head back to get a refundor get a replacement for the food we ACTUALLY ordered and the line to order was even longer than before. We waited for about 20minutes to even talk to someone on the speaker and once we finally make it to the speaker, she says she can?t here us and tojust talk to her at the window. Then we make it to the window and let her know we?d like a refund or our food remade, she threwa fit about giving us a refund and then said she would only make us one sandwich for free, even though they messed both of themup and we ended up being there 2 times tonight for about an hour and a half all together. Definitely won?t be coming to thislocation again and will be warning people not to come here again. Read more
Okay, this was the most on point McDonald's I've been to in my entire life. And at 50, I feel like that's saying a lot. The guy... working the drive thru was energetic, personable, and fun. When I asked if certain items were in the bag, his confidence made menot even check before I left. His confidence was justifiable, it was perfect. He even did a charming little McDonald's themesound bite as I drove off. If I open a restaurant, I'm poaching this guy! Read more
Our server (whose name was Tracy) was amazing and super nice, my family of 11 people ordered a TON of food in about 4 or 5... separate orders. Tracy brought all of our orders out individually, very politely each time. Tracy said he believes all customersshould be treated with the best respect, then asked about our family, what we?re up to today and where we?re from. Hecomplimented us and was very polite and kind. He certainly has the most amazing attitude I?ve ever seen of all the employees atthis location. It's a McDonald's, so it can't get more than 3 stars by law. This place served up some hot and crispy fries, which I appreciate.... They were too salty, which I didn't appreciate. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. It was on par with what I expected, but theyput too much mayo on it. A thin spread, people. Not a dollup. They lost a star because the girl who answered the window to giveus the food couldn't stop laughing/giggling and then said "sorry. my edible just kicked in." Sorry, kid, but I don't care. Keepthat stuff to yourself and stop making responsible users look bad. You shouldn't be doing that at work because you're servingpeople's food. Waited over 20 min being ignored by staff just to be told the order still was not ready so canceled it. Complete waste of time... and horrible fast food location. I won't be back and that teaches me a lesson on giving McDonald's a chance for lunch. I'mbetter off eating real food this is the universe telling me. This McDonald's in Denver was the best McDonald's I have been to so far. And there are some real sketchy mcds here in Colorado... springs area you never find a crew that works together and does everything as a team. Not like I saw at this one in Denver . Brao to you guys it was a pleasure. Read more
