Me and My fiance always order big from this location but after today we will not be doing business here anymore. The delivery... driver they sent decided it was ok to leave our food on the ground knock and run back to his car??? I hope he sees this sir weare not animals and I hope you treat people better than this we were literally sitting right on the couch and if we are generousenough to tip the least you can do is hand us our order horrible customer service. The dough at this store was perfectly proofed. Had a medium pan pep, double breadsticks and 16 boneless naked wings. The pizza... and breadsticks were great. Seasoning on the sticks was fantastic! Wings were cooked perfectly. All in 15 minutes from the startof the app order to getting in my car with it. Read more

If you guys are going to offer curbside pick up maybe actually use it? I waited 20 minutes after texting the curbside pick up... number for my pizza, it said it was ready yet they never brought it out to me? Ended up walking in myself to get it and the guyhanded it to me right away. Thanks for wasting 20 minutes of my time. Why even offer curbside if your employees aren?t going touse it? Read more
The ordering process for a home delivered order was not overly complex and it was easy to change selections to get just what we... wanted. In addition to the Pizza we ordered, we also ordered 8 Boneless Wings, and 4 bottles of PEPSI. The order wasquantitively correct, but the Pizza was lacking qualitatively. The wings were OK, nothing special with very heavy breading, butflavorful and a little too salty. We have seen so many Pizza Hut commercials recently describing the Detroit Style Pizza with80 Pepperoni slices on it and it sounded interesting, and very meaty, but maybe too much Pepperoni. The Detroit Meaty Deluxewith Bacon, Italian Sausage, Crispy Cupped Pepperoni, and Premium Tomato Sauce sounded to be more to our taste preferences,Meaty and lots of flavors. The prevalence of food commercials with beautifully prepared and photographed products is so common,and the reality of foods actually presented to customers can be disappointing. The most visible meat on the pizza we receivedwas Italian Sausage, with Bacon not visible at all, and very few Pepperoni seen before digging in. The Sauce looked almostchunky, and was the best part of the pizza that was delivered. The Pizza was pre-cut into 8 rectangular pieces. The sauce had arich tomato taste with not too sweet or salty flavor with little flavor filled bits of onion, and lots of garlic. There werearound 6 small (3/8-1/2") pieces of Italian Sausage per slice, and 3 or 4 Pepperoni slices per slice, with no bacon at all onany of the 5 slices we ate. I have eaten one of the leftover pieces this morning, and found THREE slices of Pepperoni, FOURsmall and FOUR miniscule pieces of Italian Sausage, and absolutely NO Discernible Bacon on this slice, or any others. The Pizzawe ordered, the Detroit Meaty Deluxe at $13.99 was $2 more than the 80 Pepperoni Detroit Double Pepperoni Pizza so grandlydisplayed over and over again on TV, so we were expecting a meaty treat.
