The expectations were high based on reviews, we were mildly disappointed. Started with mussels that had a over powering garlic... flavor. Next was the beet salad with ricotta which was good but lacking flavor diversity. Main was ravioli with butternutsquash, this was the best dish. Also had a side of meatballs which was good. The venue was noisy inside. It was okay for us. Read more

First time customers, long time watchers. We moved into the neighborhood about a year ago and always wondered what this place... was like. We didn’t catch the name of our server (though he had a pleasant accent), but he was amazing!! Being an NY native, their food was awesome, prices were fair, and the service was incredible!! Will definitely be back. Read more

Staff was wonderful. They sat us early so we could enjoy drinks on the patio while we waited for the other half of our group to... arrive. We enjoyed a nice dinner here. Even as an Italian restaurant they were able to accommodate my gluten and dairy freediet. Salad dressing was delicious on the Della Casa. Salmon was crispy on the outside, and a beautiful medium cook on theinside. I decided to have gluten free pasta on the side instead of potatoes. Not sure what kind of GF pasta they use, but thepasta falls apart easily. Wonderful neighborhood restaurant. Read more

So this should probably be a 1 star vs 2 but in fairness, our first experience at Undici was great - like a 5 - and our next was... miserable - like a zero, so 2.5 seems fair. Here is why: we have family from Europe that will be visiting and we ourselvesare from out of town and will be visiting our sons who live in Denver. Since we previously enjoyed Undici, we made reservationsearly given the size of our party. We learned we were going to have another family member join and needed to add them to thereservation. When we called the restaurant, the recorded message we received told us that they are closed every Sunday in July. Yes - our reservation was the last Sunday in July. Here it is getting late in July, no phone call from them saying they cannothonor our reservation. It was late June when we made it - you would think they wouldn't have taken it. We thought maybe wemisunderstood, so we called them and they confirmed that they are indeed closed on the day of our reservation. When I askedwhy we were not called and told this, I just got a "Sorry". It would have been a party of 10 showing up to a closed restauranthad we not called to change the number of people. As it is, it is close enough that I am already having trouble finding anotherrestaurant to accommodate us. I appreciate that the food is very good and we had a good first experience. But making theeffort to tell 10 people that their reservation cannot be honored because you decided to close is just the decent thing to do. Hope changes are made so no one else has this experience.
