I’m shocked the reviews for this spot are so good... we were there recently and the place was dead, which should’ve meant... better service, but it didn’t. On top of taking forever for someone to acknowledge us (we had to flag someone down), evenafter that service was so slow we would walk up to the bar to get someone to attend to us. Beyond that, the food took foreverand the orders were wrong. It wasn’t worth it to ask, for example, that our margaritas be made without salt and food withoutsour cream. We just scraped it off, ate, and left. Aside from the service, the food wasn’t good. We also get harassed withcoupons and fliers from them, they litter the floor near our mailboxes (housing complex). I’m probably being petty, butannoying me with fliers and wasting that much paper, daily, is just another example of how mismanaged this place is. We wantedto love this place because it’s close, but we won’t be back. Should management see this, PLEASE STOP filling our mailboxeswith litter. Read more
Excellent location and they are open till 2am. I would recommend this place to anybody. The customer service is excellent. ... Make sure to sit at the bar and go when Jackie is there. She is friendly, and has some of the best customer service skills Ihave seen in Colorado. I was having a terrible day and my experience here turned that around! I’ll be back!! Read more
My husband and I stayed at a hotel next door and decided to walk over for dinner after a long drive in. The food was fantastic!... Fish tacos we're delicious! Our server was also great, very kind and attentive. Drinks were great. Will definitely stop innext time we come to senver! Read more
Urban Sombrero, it is hard to believe one of my new favorite places in the area, caused a massive food poisoning. One that had... me out in the indoors for five days I was non-mobile, what a damn disgrace! I trusted this place, where the management Ibelieved to be one of the most friendliest, and yet when it came down to me not fully reporting it to the proper authorities ,to give them an opportunity to address this under the {manger B} not the full name, I was given all these promises of refund and other amenities. That was Three weeks ago since the incident! I feel I want no other to go through this ordeal, I was fullyignored and that saddened my heart. I am nursing school and that incident of food poisoning could had “killed me”, and Iwanted to share with others my experience. I say to the buyer beware at the treatment that I received, as I perceived was a goodplace with great people was in return the lowest I felt, at their blind eye and I paid a heavy price for this all the wayaround. I say to others, it will not fall on deaf ears be assured. I will never return to this place, in any kind of way, and Iask that each person consider this on your next visit there, and consider those that have been effected in any harmful way inthe future as you go in.
