I stopped in here it was mainly an an impulse buy as I happened to be turning around in the parking lot and spotted this place... so I stopped I bought their club sandwich I think it has ham and turkey with mayo for sides I just chose the homemade potatochips simply because I never saw those anywhere else before so it sounded interesting and I got a strawberry shake I orderedthe sandwich etc for someone else because I have cancer and still have a feeding tube due to a huge surgery I had so for myselfI got just a shake my sister...who ingot the food for thought the food was pretty good well both sisters did I had 1 with me whoalso ordered the same thing as me the shake I had was very good I thought it was better than any shake I've had in this entirearea and I live here amd all I can eat basically is ice cream so I know all the ice cream places ???? so I would definitelyrecommend trying this place the shakes are great in my opinion and my family enjoyed the food we got from here as well also theinside of this place is kind of interesting like an old fashioned diner style inside with various bits of historical/musicmemorabilia and the staff were very nice,friendly I think this will be a regular stop for me now Read more
Cool place... 50s atmosphere. Very simple menu.. burgers, chicken baskets, salads and classic sandwiches. BLTs, grilled... cheese, PBJ.. all very cool. We all had burgers. Very good. Cooked well but still tasty. Good fries and they also havehomemade chips. Btw, great cole slaw.. Anyway friendly staff, good prices, and...... best part... half of the place is an oldfashioned ice cream counter. So.. after your meal.. ice cream sundae ????.. And I hear the chili is awesome. Sooooo good! I had the chicken salad and chili and my son had the hot dog and applesauce. We loved it simple and tasty. He then... had a strawberry ice cream cone and declared it some of the best he's had. And the servers were really friendly. I highlyrecommend them! Read more
What a fun place to go for a trip back in time. You can even get a peanut butter and jelly sandwich there.
Really, really good ice cream. Good service and meals. The decor is old school looking but very clean. The kids seemed to... like the "car" booths. Our car club had dinner and then ice cream here recently. Read more
Cute place! We all had cheeseburgers and thought they were tasty. They state on the menu that all burgers are made well done... which is not my preference but it had a lot of flavor. Good fries and Cole slaw too. We will definitely be going back to trythe ice cream! Read more
Friendly staff, excellent ice cream and an excellent menu selection for light meals. We got the specials for dinner and shared... one scoop of ice cream for dessert and enjoyed alll of it. There is a wide variety of ice cream flavors and they are all creamyand not overly sugary sweet. Read more
