We ordered delivery tonight. We order probably about once a week or two from here and usually don't have an issue. Usually I add... the tip to the order (18%-20%). Today it wouldn't allow to pay with a card, only cash. The total was $41. My husband gave him$60 and he said he only had $3 change (I saw more change than that in his hand). He got a 47% tip. Unfortunately I wasn't thereand would have gave him a $5 on top of the $40 but he was pretty quick to leave. My suggestion is to have the 3xact amountyou're paying plus tip of you have to pay cash. Simply awful. It?s like I was doing them a favour ordering. Turned my young kids away when they asked for a margherita, not... knowing that that?s something different here, just wanted cheese and tomato but staff didn?t even think to offer help to thekids. I as the adult went in and was greeted by ?name?, no pleasantries. Was told to order ?what I have is on the board?,absolutely no help. We compromised on a cheese and tomato and staff ring up a large without even checking, when quizzed said heassumed I wanted large??why??? I didn?t. My girlfriend ordered pizza for delivery, to it's credit through the tracking app it left relatively quickly. Cut to almost an... hour later, the tracker shows the driver almost in Venice. Called them up and was told a driver had clocked out too take it onthe way home, and would arrive shortly. 20 minutes later I call and speak with the manager, who tells me that they utilized adoordash driver. He then tells me to check the front door step because sometimes they do contactless - it was there thankfully,upside down and ruined. Still on the phone with the Manager, he asks whether I want credit or a replacement, to which I askedfor a replacement as we are hungry. He then asks me to please give the driver a tip, as far as I know dumping the pizza upsidedown on anyone's door never earned me a tremendous tip.
