Ordered the Rotisserie Chicken footlong. Looked nothing like what is advertised on their menu under "sandwiches". I could... barely find the chicken. When I reviewed my experience, the reply was that they prepare their food in a welcoming environmentwhich had nothing to do with my experience. Must have been an automated reply. I wouldn't be in a hurry or very hungry if you show up around dinner time. They don't seem to feel it necessary to have two... people working in order to help move the line along and provide even moderately fast service. However, the service is friendlyand the food is the quality you'd expect from Subway. So at least they have that going for them. Read more
