This taco Bell is a normal stop last minute dinner idea during the busy week. It took over 30 minutes to get our food and when... it grabbed the food i asked for my drinks which took another 1t minutes for the associate to get me cups of ice. Multiple peoplesaw me standing there waiting on the drinks and heard the conversation. Eventually she asked what I needed and u explained thatI just needed the three drinks andbthat would be it. She passed it off on the drive thru worker and walked away while her andtwo other associates stood and talked. I get places get busy and places are short staffed, but to aclnowledge someone multipletimes and play it off like your busy when you and two other people are in plain site is kind of rude. Read more

Good place to get a fast lunch. Lobby is sometimes closed and drive thru can be long. We have it delivered with UE or DD.

Ordered 4 Chipotle Ranch chicken burritos at drive thru window approx. 6:15 PM on August 3 , 2022. No one else in drive thru at... time of my visit nor for that matter in the restaurant itself. Upon arriving at home, I opened the food packages anddiscovered that my order was screwed up and I did not get what I ordered and paid for. It appeared that what I got was 4 beanburritos with onions only - not the Chipotle Ranch chicken burritos that I ordered and showed up correctly on the orderingscreen at the drive by. This appears to be a recurring problem at this location. Other reviewers have complained about thissame problem - namely not getting what they ordered and paid for. Since the location is a long distance from my house, I decidedthat it was not worth taking the items back to correct and adding more time and inconvenience and aggravation to correct thisorder. I will give them the benefit that it was an unintentional mistake. If not it represents a fraudulent transaction that Iam sure corporate TACO BELL does not condone nor approve as part of their franchise agreement with the franchisee of thisrestaurant. I used to dine at this restaurant before and after the fire that destroyed and closed it. It has changed for theworse since reopening and after hearing similar complaints such as mine, I will not go back! Read more

I stopped by Taco Bell yesterday and ordered 4 double beef cheesy buritos. Got to the drive-up to find out they are charging... 30% more for these than the current nationally advertised $2/each. Then I got home and found out that only one was a doublebeef cheesy burito, the remaining 3 were rice with just a hint of beef. I have had bad experinces with Taco Bell in the past.This was my first visit in 4 years. No more Taco Bell for me. Read more

My son worked at this Taco Bell and has not been paid. I?m trying to contact management, someone other than Angelina. She... promised to mail my son?s check to him for over a month. I even offered to send an addressed, stamped envelope, but she said shewould take care of sending it when she had time. If something would please help, I would be grateful. Read more
