Very cozy place friendly staff great service what more can you ask for?
I have stopped for breakfast, lunch and dinner in this IHOP before and their meals were always appetizing. I stopped for dinner... today, June 27, 2022 ,I ordered chicken parmigiano and to my surprise it looked like I was served old food and went I complainedand changed my order for and cheese omelet the grilled wasn't clean and the omelet had black spots as you can see in the pictureand the pot roast was missing the mushrooms and it was nothing like the description in the menu. Excellent customer service. Friendly, attentive & efficient staff. I enjoyed my impromptu birthday meal. Pancake batter is a bit... too salty for me & I wished the regular omlettes did not have the whole wheat batter in it but other than that, I enjoy the food& dining experience. It is a treat! Being the closest IHOP to our home, we have been to this location few times. Usually its really crowded on weekend breakfast... hours, hard to find parking at that time too. But on weekdays it?s pretty convenient to find seating on arrival. IMO theirbreakfast items like pancakes and omelette are pretty good, but other items like burgers and sandwiches are sort ofdisappointing. In my latest visit, the chicken paddy was unevenly cooked. My recommendation would be stick with the pancakes. Read more
Been here at 3.50 pm for brunch. Excellent service compared to one in north Bergen, where they didn't even bothered to give... sauce, syrup for pancakes and extra napkins . The waiter was patient and very polite. Clean and quick service. Very fresh andcrispy side salad, food was served hot. Drove from north Bergen to that place reading the reviews. Lots of moderately priced breakfast choices that include pancakes with other breakfast favorites. I had the eggs, sausage and... hash browns. Just the way I like them with the hash browns crispy and the sausages butterflied. My partner had the pancakeswhich were light and fluffy. Service by Angel was good. The only downside is that the parking is limited. Read more
