Went there 11/30/22 after work. Drove up to the speaker in the drive thru and there was a sign on the speaker that said only 2... people working thank for waiting.. I thought ok I can wait. But NO one came to to the speaker ever, not even to say they wouldbe with me soon, Nothing!!! So rude and unprofessional. Waited 15 minutes.. I left and drove by and looked in the drive thruwindow and there stood employees just standing there talking… if you don’t want customers turn off your lights and justclose the restaurant. Read more
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS LOCATION! Sat in the drive through 10 min waiting for someone to come on speaker and got no... response. This was at 11:10am. The sign on the door says they’re open at 11. I ended up knocking on the window only to be toldby the only worker there that they were closed. Terrible. Read more
Would give 0 stars but it won’t let me!! Ordered online drove all the way there to see that there was none there no sign... nothing to say they where closed!! Not only did I not get my food but now I have to call tomorrow to insure that I get my moneyback not that I had other things I need to do tomorrow!! Not even sure how this place is still in business seems like every timewe decide to go here they always seem to be closed even went at 5pm a time or two some need to take over this store because whoever is running it now has no clue how to run it!!! Twice now I've shown up a little before 8, sit in line at the drive through for a while, just to watch the car in front of me... place an order then pull up to the speaker and told they just closed. The website says yall are open till ten, why am I toldyall close before 8. Read more
This was my worst experience ever at an Arby's. I requested my receipt and was told they no longer give receipts. There did not... to be anyone in charge. They didn't know how to put the $112.10 into their system for my $12.10 order. They returned my $88 bysaying, "here". Worst experience ever. I hope Arby's corporate calls me. Read more
Ordered food, got home and it's wrong! Ugh! Drive all the way back from Union. Pulled in to an extremely long line wrapped to... the road. Called and told them we were there and they brought all fresh food out to us. Thanks everyone! Read more
I don't know how you can mess up a beef and cheddar double with extra cheese and sauce but they did. No extra sauce or extra... cheese. The sauce was runny with little to no taste. Just a waste of money. Even the curly fries wasn't good. Don't knowwhat's wrong with this store or maybe people just don't take pride in their work. Read more
“Great service” half the time I go there and they are out of something. They advertise something just for it to be out. The... other night I went through the drive thru and ordered the new burger and I was told they didn’t have it. I ordered somethingand as I pulled forward I still had my window down and heard the person behind me order a he same burger and they actuallyallowed him to order it. Same person at the head set. Tonight we go through at 10 till 8pm and they say “we’re closed, havea good night” they don’t close till 10… even then, say your closed due to staffing or because you’re out.
