Asked for a lemon in my water 5x, never got 1, asked for a Togo box 6x, finally got them. It was pretty loud and rather dark inside so we went to the patio. Trash was blowing all over the patio and the floor was... littered with cigarette butts. Inside a server dropped a dustpan in a traffic area and left it (and its garbage) on the floorfor everyone to walk around. Nobody cleaned it up. Instead, We watched staff stepping over it and customers tripping over themess. Our food came out one plate every 20 to 30 minutes so we sat together while eating alone. Long wait times in comparison tothe amount of diners. Asked for our check and waited half hour only to have to find our server and request it again. She wasapologetic, stating they were understaffed (with what appeared to be 2 bartenders and 3 whole adults loitering around thehostess stand). This place needs new management at the very least. Food was good but 3 things kinda annoyed me. 1. They were completely out of onion rings (pregnancy craving so I drove all the... way there for those specifically) 2. Dirty utensils.. it's like they kept the unused knives fron previous guests that didn't getused on deck for the next customer.. ???? 3. I asked the lady specificity if the kitchen could add ketchup and mustard to myburger. She said they probably won't but I'll ask. I hate cold or room temp ketchup on burgers so that's why I asked. When I gotmy burger, only mustard was on there. Like what would it have hurt to throw a little on there since they were putting mustard onanyway?? So that made my day...????. Typically have a great experience here. But not today. I arrived at 5:40 PM. Had no contact with a server until 6:25 I think... that speaks for itself She was nice and did a good job. But the fact I had several serves walk past me and make eye contact andnot take my order was annoying and unprofessional in my view I'll be back. But not for a while I'm afraid. Read more
I ordered take out and when I arrived I was told my order wasn?t ready yet and that it would be just a few minutes. I waited 35... minutes to find out that my order had been sitting on the counter ready and getting cold. I received no apology or anything. Iunderstand they are busy and mistakes happen but just before a lady that was in there before me had the same thing happen - shewas told her food wasn?t ready and that she needed to wait but turns out it had been sitting up there getting cold too. I have had great service in person and online with this location. Consistently getting orders correct online with the food hot... and fresh. All the servers who waited on me were nice and helpful. When dining from home, I actually love ordering off theirwebsite as opposed to GrubHub and other services. Plus I earn reward points. Even though they are known for the wings, myfavorite is the All-American Burger and tots. The Ultimate Nachos with Chicken is very good and plentiful. The same can be saidfor the Sampler which comes with wings (bone-in or bone-out), onion rings, mozzarella sticks, and Ultimate Nachos with Chicken.The Southern Chicken Sandwich is nothing to sneeze about. Got boneless wings and fries only to have the chicken look like it was just thrown in the box and my fries were, cold, brown and... probably old. I paid $35 for a mess of chicken and inedible fries. Not to mention I waited 45 mins for the order.. Which isunfortunate cause usually this location does so well. Probably won't be ordering carry out from there anymore. Read more
I wish I knew the waitress' name. She said she works the Richmond store also. She was fantastic!!! Gave great suggestions for... food. Very funny and got the order right the first time. Service on here only gives you 5 stars, but seriously, this girl gets10. Read more
