This McDonald?s has to be the slowest ever. I waited in the drive through for 15 minutes (or more) before finally being able to... order. After I ordered I pulled up to the first window and stopped. I don't know which restaurant this post will go to but I'm reviewing the restaurant in Englewood, OH. This place just keeps... getting worse! They hire a lot of high school students who show no responsibility whatsoever. I pulled into the drive-thru justbefore 6pm on the 28th. I placed my order, which looked correct on the display (my usual order is #7 meal, no pickles and noonions) and this was at 6:01 pm. I sat at the pick up window and watched the youngsters horseplaying and laughing, but no onewas prepping my order so that I could leave. The young girl hands me my drink, which is dripping at the bottom--um, no, I'mgonna need napkins or for her to clean it off--I asked her if I could have napkins to clean off the bottom and she takes thedrink, closes the window, and starts this loud conversation that I could not understand. Was she MAD because she handed me asloppily filled cup? Don't know, didn't care! Then, I can hear her telling others that my order still didn't have fries in thebag...where are the fries?? She keeps pleading for someone to get the fries and after she gets the order completed she hands thebag to me, at 6:13 pm. While I'm sitting at the window, watching this horror show of sorts, I ready the phone number on my phoneand call it as soon as I pull away. A lady answers and I can hear all of the loudness of these kids but can hardly hear her! Iask if she is the Manager and she says she is, so I tell her about the poor customer service and that someone needs to make thekids responsible for their actions. Their display is a reflection of the restaurant and the owners and was unappreciated. Herresponse? Her response was "sorry about that." Really? That's it?? And, to top it off, one of my burgers had onions and pickleson it and the fries had been dumped into the bag!! I am now officially boycotting this particular restaurant because I havereviewed it many times over the years and hoped it would improve but it just gets worse. Read more
Slow register was having problems. Ice machine was not working. Was slow getting food. Fries had to much salt. But dog liked his... nuggets. Read more
This place is terrible, they always get things wrong which includes your coffee, I ordered 4 quarters with cheese all of which... had stale bread, one had 2 burnt patties and no toppings, one had none of the original toppings just ketchup and mayo, one wasdeluxe but the patty wasn't cooked and completely pink inside, I don't even know about the last one it more than likely isn'tcooked either. Unbelievable!! I have been here a few times b4 haven't had prob, but today i didn't get my chicken in my Mcchicken sandwich! I ... instead got 2 sets of buns with condiments only! This is totally unacceptable and ridiculous. Now i have to eat something elsefor dinner anyway! And I tried to call them, no answer. My first clue was 2supposed sandwiches when i ordered only one.Appatently Add pickle means no chicken. This is ridiculous, no excuse for it. Weren't even very busy. Read more
I've been going to this mcdonals since I was younger, and they always, without fail, get our order wrong. We're going to the one... by Waffle House instead from now on. They've never gotten our order wrong and the food tastes better. Plus the staff is reallyfriendly. Buy at THIS store on National, no one seems to know what they're doing. We once had to go back into this mcdonals 3times in one trip because they kept getting the burger wrong. Would absolutely not recommend. Read more
Service was fast and friendly enough, but this is what my food looked like when I opened it up at home. Both big Mac sandwiches... had, at most, a teaspoon of Mac sauce, lettuce and pickles in the middle of the sandwich. I've never had such dismal big macsbefore as far back as I can remember. Read more
UPDATE: I would rather wax my B-hole with ferric acid and chew on a mouth full of glass shards than to have the unpleasant... experience dealing w/ their disrespectful, inattentive and mildy r3t@rde3d kids who work there, who imo is direct reflection ofthe manager whom I assumes never leaves the office as Ive never seen them. This place has some serious management issues and itshows throughout each and every employees actions and attitudes...and they literally cant get anything right and it takes themforever to make their mistakes that they give you are hard time about when asked to correct them...enjoy a pic of my rubber meatsandwich.
