I've been to this location a couple of times. The food is really good but the service is sub par. I'm not sure if they have... young adults that would rather be somewhere else but they are Incredibly rude. Ive ordered the food and they're in such a rushthey miss what I ordered. Ordered lunch online on the website. This was on 9/5 put it on my credit card and printed out the confirmation. I get half an... hour lunch break and it took a good 10 minutes to get to the restaurant only to see a sign on the door saying closed for laborday. I called the next day to just get the meal replaced. I was rudely informed the money would be posted back to my accountwithin a few days. I asked if I could possibly get a free item or discount for the wasted drive. She said of course not, theywere not giving me anything for my troubles.. Not even an apology. Customer lost for good. The floor behind the counter was ????????. Five employees and only 3 customers the manager was outside ???? another employee was... resting against the counter nobody cared how nasty the floor was they just kept walking over the food on the floor.The frieswere greasy my wife's sub was so bad she threw half of it in the trash can. I paid $20 for an itty bitty sandwich that was supposed to be cold and it was NOT. I only asked for no tomatoes but it came with... NOTHING on it! No lettuce no onion no seasoning mayo or oil and vinegar. And fries have NO SALT AT ALL. I am so disappointed inthe entire order. The receipt TAPED TO THE SANDWICH HAS THE ORDER CORRECT. When it comes to eating out, there's not much worse than wanting your food prepared a particular way then realizing AFTER you've... gotten home that it's not correct!! That was my realization today, even though the order ticket was correct attached to mysandwich was correct--so much for double-checking before sending it out! There was quite a discussion going on at the grillstation and the prep station but it did not involve checking the order for correctness. I have pretty much slowed down my eatingout mainly because of errors when my food is prepped but just needed a cheesesteak tonight and it just didn't hit the spot. Read more
