Service is typically unfriendly. The bar tenders are ALWAYS great. But table servers are always so bothered by working. The food... is different from other restaurants in the area but the price reflects that. We just were not impressed with the service for ourfamily of 4, making the whole experience not worth returning for seated meals. If you're looking for a drink at the bar, Idefinitely recommend. We’re frequent customers and I honestly cannot think of one instance where we’ve had a bad experience here. They are... consistently awesome! Wife had the salmon, it was a very generous portion for the price, and she said it was amazing. I had the Cowboy burger, was... delicious and juicy. Kid had the kids pizza, a LOT of pizza for the price and was also delicious. Being from WI, I know whatgood curds are as well. If I'm ever in the area, I will definitely eat again. Read more
Take out from TJ Chumps. Cheese curds, salmon bruschetta, cheese pizza, potato skin pizza, fried cheesecake rolls. Cheese curds... were meh. The salmon bruschetta would have been better with more balsamic glaze and tomatoes. It was a little dry as it was, buthas definite potential. The pizzas were really good. The potato skins pizza was a little outside of my comfort zone, but I'mglad that I tried it, because it was really good, (requested with no bacon, because I don't eat pork)! ???? Read more
This is simply the benchmark of mediocre chain restaurant food. It's on par with most other chains that offer casual dining and... food that is mediocre. It's not great. It's not bad. It could be better. It could be worse. The chili and ribs and chickenand all else are simply that. The mediocre that sets the standard where you should strive to do better if you are a restaurantand shame on you if you do worse than this standard of quality, value, and experience. One area of greatness was noticed herethough. This appears to be a very well managed location. The hostess did her job. The server was phenomenal. And I seen a lotof teamwork taking place to be sure guests all have a good experience. The standard for mediocre food is here. But management,nicely done. Kudos to management and staff for exceeding the standard of service you usually find at the mediocre standard chainestablishment. So while the food quality may not set this place apart from other casual dining chains, the service here might bea reason to done here versus elsewhere within the casual dining chain restaurant niche. Fun friendly atmosphere here at TJ Chumps. The staff team is so polite and helpful with positive attitudes. The menu selections... are easy to read from and request. Food arrives at the table fresh and great tasting with plentiful portions for the cost.Drinks stay refilled by the attentive energetic wait staff. Paying the bill was a breeze and I can't wait to return for anothergreat tasting selection from their diverse menu of awesome flavored food and drinks. Read more
