Never have I entered a Subway ordered a sandwich and been told they were supposed to make the sandwich by the menu. After being... told this the manager states that she will make it with my chosen toppings this time and proceeds to be extremely stingy withevery topping I asked for which was only lettuce, black olives, and banana peppers. Folks I do believe it will be well worth thetrip to visit Etowah or Athens over this store. Read more

Horrible management of this place. First bad experience I?ve ever had at a Subway. Our family was waiting in line to make our... order. We were happy, bonding, waiting patiently. When we got up to the counter the employee flat out said, ?Please go somewhereelse.? We thought he was kidding. It was so out of context. We asked him why he would say that and he said he had no time toreplenish his workstation. We told him we would be patient and wait for him. Months later my teen decided to apply for thiscompany, hoping he could improve the atmosphere. It has become apparent there is no fixing the insanity of this management. Theysend mixed messages, are completely unorganized, degrading, and actually fired my son through text. Also, they hired my sonwithout a notary signing off that he was allowed to work. I hope the store owner reads this and becomes alert to the behavior ofArlene. Read more
